Had the cashier tonight reach over the counter and hit a button on the card reader right after I hit NO for no cashback and was about to type in my pin#. The button she hit sent it through as credit. 1- I did not ask for her assistance in running my card. 2- I dont run credit on my card, my bank charges extra to do so and it takes several days for it to process. 3- She argued with me after I told her she had no right to touch the card reader with out me asking. To say I am mad is an understatement. I will not be returning to shop here again.

Put on hold then hung up. Won't deliver without a charge BUT can't use my medical card because can only have one card on file! Gone downhill! Used to like it but not now. Switching pharmacies

As far as customer service goes, this is probably the best pharmacy to shop. They do have long pharmacy lines, so its a good idea to call in ahead. However, the register does pretty well. I am usually in and out within 10 minutes. Store is always well organized and I never seem to have much trouble looking for what it is I want.

I see a lot of negative reviews about the pharmacy section. I must agree, was in there last night and just had one question and they completely ignored the fact that we were even in line BUT I MUST give 5 stars for the customer service at the register. My parents were looking for a particular item and the nice cashier Amy helped us find it, she even went out of her way to explain to them how the item was used and suggested a few YouTube channels that would show you how to better understand the beauty tool. She was very kind, very helpful. Just the kind of person you want at your store! 5 stars for Amy. :)

I have been a customer here for years. The pharmacy techs and most of the pharmacists are wonderful, and advocate for customers they know when they're being put through the ringer and treated poorly by a newer pharmacist. RX directions have been changed without physicians consent, stepping outside their scope by asking for sensitive medical information the pharmacist is not entitled to from the physician (yes, he let them know they were stepping outside their scope). Aside from one employee, this is my favorite CVS.

I got turned away by the pharmacy team while I was in line picking up my sons eye drops for pink eye. I u understand they were closing at 6 but they had plenty of time to see me. Then a customer comes in after me and they were able to help her. I need to switch pharmacies. Will never use them again.

Never use this place as your pharmacy. Its understandable that it's not McDonalds and your not gonna get your order in 1 min, but omg the pharmacy people couldn't win a snail race against the DMV, the clerks have no clue what they are doing, can never find your RX, they have no sense of urgency. They even speak slow. Be ready to wait in line for an just to check out

No issues with the store. My only complaint is with the pharmacy. Everytime I call in a prescription and they give me the time that when it's supposed to be ready by, I go in and I still have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. First time I called to change a prescription from 90 day supply to 30 they said it would be ready in 1 hour. Still had to wait 15 minutes after the 1 hour window. 2nd time I called again for the same reason. Called at 8am, said it would be ready by noon. Show up 15 minutes early. Not ready. I know they said noon but still, they had almost 3 hours to take 60 pills out of a bottle and put a new label on it. It's almost like they expect that the people calling aren't going tp actually show up. The staff is friendly and helpful, just punctuality with them is really hit or miss.

Usually greeted with a smile and hello as soon as I walk through the door. The staff are usually great at the store and pharmacy. Just make sure not to need the pharmacy to call your insurance for you because they won't, but then tell you they did.

The pharmacy at Demaree and Goshen messed around with my wife's prescription all week. We were finally told it would be ready in a hour Friday night. We arrive to be told they do not have the medication and we had to ask him to call this pharmacy to check stock. They had it but he did not bother to ask if they could fill the prescription. I called this pharmacist twenty minutes before closing and explained the situation. She said it would not be a problem and it was waiting for us before we arrived. Awesome pharmacy.
