I have no issues with the store staff, but the pharmacy employees are absolutely rude and will lie to you to your face. Using the app to refill perscriptions, they will text you to inform you they are ready. Yet when you arrive, they will tell you that they're not ready because you had just submitted them. Then they get combative and rude when you try to show them the text messages from Walgreens and when you submitted the refill on the app. Find a different pharmacy if you can.

This Pharmacy has definitely went down hill. 10 years ago, Pharmacy was quick and people were friendly. It has slowly went down hill to were it is now. Unfortunately, I must now leave and go elsewhere.

Pharmacy closed for the weekend, how can they do this to customers. Some of the times you go there and pharmacy is closed, they have bankers hours; if Walgreens cannot staff this, then shut it down, instead of just keep giving customers run around.

They never have my prescription ready they give me excuses as to why is not ready. Some times I go 5 days with no medecine.

The pharmacy closed while I was in line and next up. I went back the next morning at 8:55 it didn't open until 9:20. They were rude and still trying to get their computer up and running. Very unprofessional group of people.

My first trip here! Made appointment for the Covid19 Booster online through the Walgreens website and the whole registration process was very simple and straight forward. When I arrived for my appointment a couple of days later, they had my registration and the online questionnaire and all I had to do was provide my ID and Current Vaccination card. Waited maybe 5 minutes and went to private room and the Sr Pharmacy Tech administered the shot. She was very pleasant and I didn't even feel the shot. been 3 days and have had no side effects at all. Thanks for the team at Walgreens - We will be coming back more often to patronage your store!

They have many nice things. Place very clean and front cashier friendly. However I would not recommend pharmacy. Had prescription sent in September 27. Went for it October 7, they didn't have it in stock had to order it. Returned the following day in the morning, they said not ready come back after 3pm. Went back after 6pm, had to wait an hour for it still. Glad it isn't my regular pharmacy.

This pharmacy is horrible! I will never send another prescription to this location. The pharmacists/other employees that work here are extremely rude. They are also slow and unenthusiastic to help their customers. Always a bad experience and huge disappointment.

First time coming to this location. I placed an online order for curbside pick up and I couldn’t believe how quickly they had it ready. I will unquestionably come back to this store, highly recommended.

Regarding Walgreens at Demeree in Visalia, CA. My last refill was delayed a week since doctor authorization was send to previous physician. After finding what was causing delay I provided current physician name. After 2 days I contacted current physician and the had no Walgreens request but send them authorization. Also, my wife had a 30 day refill authorization. Contacted Walgreens to do a 90 day refill to comply without insurance. Was told to contact physician to authorize 90 days. In interim, received Walgreens automated message that delay was due to insurance. My wife came into Walgreens to resolve and was told the 30 day was ready. She I formed them physician had send 90 day authorization and they checked their computer, told to wait 20 minutes or come back for 90 day refill.
