Never write stuff like this, but the management and employees here are terrible. Lots of people here were upset at this store. The employees didn’t want to help or assist the customers. Treated us like kids and didn’t think we were actually upgrading our phones and put us to the side. Waited about three hours to be attended. Don’t come here to get upgrades this place is useless and Costco was way more friendlier and helpful.

They had the item I wanted and I was able to pick up phone same day BUT THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE. I needed help setting up my new phone and they wouldn’t do it. They referred me to Best Buy. What the hell! Won’t purchase through this store again unless they get employees who are willing and able to help.

I was trying to resolve an issue with a simple flip phone that just died after four months of service. The phone belongs to my 89 year old mother who has dementia. Just wanted to get it replaced. The sales person requested mom's picture ID which I did not have with me. I have POA for mom but do not carry a copy with me . So, even with my mother present and providing all account info I could not get her defective phone replaced. I intend to close her account and select a provider with customer support. I personally am not a Verizon customer and never will be after this lack of support

They met me at the door and asked my purpose. I told them I wanted to see their samsung watches and apple phones. A salesperson escorted me and spent 20 minutes discussing their pros and cons. While I didn’t like some of the answers I appreciated the time and effort to educate me.

This morning, a salesperson at this location sold a phone to someone fraudulently using my account information. According to Verizon Wireless, the salesperson used a "manager exception", so a PIN was not required. The salesperson also did not ask for proof of identification. If they had followed proper protocol and required the individual to give the account PIN and show proof of identification, the sale would not have proceeded. My local police department suggested it was an inside job. I have filed a police report with the City of Visalia and reported the fraud claim to Verizon. Bottom line: DON'T SHOP HERE.

Never fails when you get ready to pay there is always something popping up! Trade in doesn't work now for that phone you have to get a more expensive one if you want to do a trade in and so on....been with Verizon for 20years plus. The loyalty is no longer in consideration I guess!

Love going to this store! They always help me with exactly what I need and they are fast and efficient! I've been with is company for over 12 years and i have never been unsatisfied. If there is anything wrong with my phone they are more then helpful in getting it fixed! Just recently I had just upgraded my phone and when I stared it up I found that I had no mic when I took it back in they replaced the phone and waved the restocking fee!!! Thank you guys for the great customer service and always doing such a good job!! Much appreciation!
