I am writing a personal review for my service advisor, Forrest. I am restoring a 1971 BMW. I came to Forrest to find the OEM tire for my vehicle - wanted a classic look. He helped me find the right tire and custom order it. When I brought my car down I had some mechanical issues - it is a 50 year old car after all. Specifically, my battery died. Forrest pulled his truck around and busted out his jumper cables to give me a jump. It didn’t work, I needed a new battery. Forrest and the guys pushed my car into the garage overnight for safe keeping and to try and get it to charge. It ended up not working and I changed the battery the next day. Totally above and beyond service. 5 star review for Forrest and Discount Tire.

I don’t really review but I wanted to give them five stars for not taking advantage of me and trying to make me buy a new tire. It was the first time I was able to get it patched up. I’m on the younger side and REALLY COULD NOT afford a new tire and it meant a lot to me that they didn’t screw me over. Appreciate it so much🙏🏽

DISCOUNT TIRES! YOU ARE MY HERO! Thanks for fixing my tire that was low because it had a nail/screw in it. FOR FREE!!! I was a customer a long time ago but it’s been years. Went in to get a screw out of my tire. I was in and out at the estimate time they said. They have text update system in place where you know at what step your vehicle is in and when it's ready. Would recommend.

The service at this place is unbeatable. I called them up because I found a nail that got stuck in the tire. They said they probably wouldn't be able to get it done same day as they were a few hours away from closing. They were able to fix it within 35 minutes of dropping off my car! Not only that, the staff was super nice and friendly too; I'll definitely be coming back again soon for any other repairs needed on my car. Can't beat the service! Took us in 30 min before closing for flat tire by running over a nail. Patched and out before closing. Forgot the gentleman's name but they have earned my business. They were so busy but still made us feel comfortable and everyone were very nice. They are awesome. Keep up the good work.
