The Hispanic guy collecting donations said the same as other reviewers. There is only a two item drop off limit ! He claimed that no one does there job here so they can’t receive more items . He was rude

They are very friendly and good service. They have an excellent variety of items and not expensive like other Goodwill Stores, really like visiting this place.

One man's trash is another man's treasure. I think the excitement is finding a treasure at random places. It's an adventure in itself. I just don't have the time or patience to go through every item in the store. I particularly like to collect books and music CD's.

Wide assortment of items. Inventory rotates pretty fast. Things are kept neatly and accessible. Store is staffed for floor help and quick check out. Never has it been overly crowded.

Went to Donate the workers are very helpful. They looked stressed or under pressure but very customer service oriented. First time donating here. Called other places and nobody was taking donations. It was a little late so I get it but they were fast and courteous.

April 30, 2021 @ 9:05 am - I took time out to drive to this West Covina SA to deliver 2 bags of clothes for needy people in the community. As I drove up, the male Hispanic man told me I’m not taking anymore items. I asked him when can I come back and he said when I’m finished with this stuff (there were a few items on the ground). I thought charities took items for the less fortunate; now they are refusing? Very strange. Hire employees who want to WORK. I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. What a waste of my time. I’ll write to Corporate as well.

Went here about a week ago. Bins set out & labeled, no contact, workers makes & kept distance but available for assistance if needed. Not many places accepting donations. So happy I came here.
