When I got there, they didn't have my type of oil filter, they actually had to send someone out to buy my type. I seriously waited 40 minutes just to get my oil changed but for the inconvenience, they comped my oil change! Great customer service & very professional!

Great bunch of guys n job well done. Little expensive, but i wanted 10w40 high mileage vs the stuff in the drum. Prob coulda found a coupon, but no biggie. Also lowered truck friendly. A+++

I came here yesterday because my oil change was over due and where I normally go was closed for the weekend. I think I came here years ago and it was ok then but didn’t know a basic oil change was almost $60 when I was there yesterday.For that much I could go to the dealer and I asked for 10w40 all they had was 5w30 which is thinner. When all was said and done I forked out $70 and change and now I have a small oil leak which wasn’t there before i came. It’s cool they check your lights and other things which I don’t need but I have never paid that much for an oil change and it wasn’t even synthetic oil that was used. Never ever coming here again!!! I don’t recommend this place for new cars , they made a messy job ,on my first oil change , left oil on skid plate , I made a mess in driveway n under my car I felt like I was given a hard time after I made the claim , they ended up cleaning my driveway n car but I had to take to dealer and was without a car for two days because valvoline was pushing issue on my new car , dealer checked my car and car was fine , it was just a messy oil change .if they would of just apologized and took responsibility I would of let it go , anyways they have a lot of room for improvement, next oil change I’d rather wait at dealer

So I went there for and oil change and when they did the inspection Mike the manager had a hard time taking out my air filter on my 2018 Camry and guarantee I didn’t have much of anything in my glove box. When he finally got it out to inspect it and it was fine he struggled to put it back in and when he did he broke a part. My check engine light came on so I took it to Toyota where I have a warranty and they said the last person who worked on my car broke it, which was Valvoline on Whittier blvd next to Whittwood mall. So when I went back to show them the part they broke they gave me the run around…oh you should of brought it back when the check engine light came on instead of going straight to Toyota. Mike the manager said once the check engine light came on that I should of brought it back to them to open a claim. All I am asking is for them to take responsibility and pay the $257.00 that I had to pay out of my pocket at Toyota for a part they broke on my car. So please stay away from this store or your car will be in the dealership and on top of it these guys are not even ASE certified so they do t know what they are doing. I put a call into the area manager Leo and I have yet to receive a call back. I told Mike the Valvoline manager to call Ben the service advisor at Toyota because Ben said he would tell them that they broke the part. Mike said he can’t do that. I changed my oil about a week ago and there was a leak I came back and there was a crack that may or may not have been done by then but the manager change it out for me for free I really appreciate that great customer service

Was not "INSTANT" as the name suggests, but still managed to win me over in comparison to their competition. Team was active and not lazing about, service was quick, did well to provide premium alternatives without overselling. I will return after a month of me lying to myself that I can change my own oil. Again. Ⴑ

Took my car in for an oil change, but they wouldn't change it. My car takes 20 50. The owners manual says 20 50, they carry 20 50, but their "computer" couldn't verify the brand of oil?🤦♂️ The kid that was trying to help even agreed 20/50 any brand would be fine. The supervisor "sorry, the computer doesn't give a brand" when did we stop using common sense?
