The Five Stars in this review are for Ken and Ken only. I came in to look at a new phone but could not due to Account Manager settings that needed a third party to resolve. After speaking with multiple service members Ken came in and was immediately able to resolve the account issue and recommend a good plan to get my phone updated. He is kind and incredibly knowledgeable.

Did everything in their power NOT to help me get a new phone setup, and heard the little peanut gallery in the back giving instructions to my rep on how to minimize the service despite me needing help today. Will not shop here again. Recommend you do the same.

Loved pickup order for this store during open hours, showed up and the location was not open during hours listed on the store. Not only that, the order I placed has yet to be refunded to me after almost 2 months of waiting for the refund.

These guys hook it up every single time and they'll let me charge my phone while I wait! I've had 4 New phones from them in the past year!

I bought a new phone there and 10 days later I went in to return that same phone. First off, they tried to refund me $70 for a phone that I paid $708 for which was the tax and some other bogus upgrade charge. After showing them my credit card statement and the receipt for the $708 they simply told me that they can't do returns for that dollar number. Is that a joke!? They can take $500, $600, $700 all day long but can't do a return. Verizon always has some excuse to make life difficult for their customers. Stay away from this store, better yet go to AT&T.

Broke my cell phone its been 5 days and no return call from manager of store all because a rep. At store broke the insert plate to put sims card in. IM COMMING BACK JUST TO SAY AFTER 2 MONTHS OF CALLING AND HEAD ACHES THEY FINALLY GAVE ME SOME COMPENSATION BUT NOT THE AMOUNT I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN !! VERIZON YOU COMPANY IS GETTING WORSE BY THE MINUTE!!

Had to get a new phone. The old one was outdated and wasn't working properly. I like my new Samsung. Thought they still set up phones for you,but no. Had a difficult time getting mine set up so I went to the store the next day. I was frustrated because I had no phone for 2 days. Mike the manager was awesome. He talked me through the set up answered my questions & helped other customers. I got snarky at times but he was cool.Best advice he told me was I could watch a video but to just play around with the phone to see what it can do to learn about it. Thanks again Mike.

Had a great experience here today! I needed a screen protector ASAP so that I didn’t break my phone screen. Romeo found me the perfect protector and he applied it within a few minutes. Applying a screen protector is such a pain…I always end up with bubbles on the screen. Romeo applied it like a pro, no bubbles. Great service all around.
