Pharmacy sucks. Always long waiting times. No one dares to answer the calls. I have two prescription sent by my doctor, the store lost track of its status. I choose this location because I live close by and but will use king soopers pharmacy moving forward.

Pathetic customer service at the pharmacy. Came in for a scheduled flu/covid vaccine and waited an hour between getting in line an actually getting the shots. My girlfriend was refused her vaccines because their system couldn’t process Medicaid at the time. Go literally anywhere but here if you just need a simple vaccine. I won’t make this mistake again.

please tell your cashiers that while it nice to make conversation with customers it might be a good idea to keep it short and sweet when there’s a long line. Customer service is great but i have never been in a drug store that operated so, so slowly. Telling your life story to customers is sweet but misguided and I have seen you all lose s o much business because of this. Maybe just opening more than one register would help. Also so many products (including beauty blenders) are under lock and key and while there are always about 5-6 workers on, they never appear to unlock the items. Usually the stock is just left on the floor so the shelves are pretty empty. Go anywhere else honestly

I’ve lived all over the country and been to hundreds of Walgreens. This is BY FAR the worst I have ever been to. It’s a shame that it’s the closest to where I live. Im switching pharmacies and driving 15 minutes (rather than a 2 minute walk to this one) because it is so awful! And listen, I don’t expect much. My expectations are super low for a Walgreens. But this Walgreens is an absolute joke. If you need to call the pharmacy for anything at all, it will be 45 min - 1 hour wait if they answer at all. If you decide to go in and speak with someone instead, it will be at least a 30 minute wait in line regardless of whether or not you have an appointment. And to top it all off, everyone that works in the pharmacy here is extremely rude. I’ve lived in nyc, I can handle bold personality types. They are the worst here.

Pharmacy is completely inept. I have never had them actually get me all of my prescriptions in one pickup. They always forget something. The staff is rude and cannot seem to understand why customers are forming a separate line for vaccines, when that is what their signage says to do. Don't ever go here.

At this point it’s my fault for getting any Rx filled here and expecting a different result. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I honestly believe your healthcare can be compromised by using this pharmacy. Techs are undertrained and generally rude. Extremely long fill times. Inaccurate fills. Unhelpful and apathetic pharmacist. Currently moving all meds to CVS.

This Walgreens is a joke. They let countless homeless wander outside pandering for cash, the parking lot is disgusting(broken bottles everywhere) and their pharmacy randomly closes outside of their advertised business hours. Three separate times they have closed at 3pm despite saying they close at 6. Save your time, go to a better Walgreens that actually cares.

When ringing up my purchase I noticed a few items that were marked down in the aisle were ringing up at full price. I let the cashier know and she said she couldn't do anything about it because she would have to void the entire transaction (lies- I've worked at Walgreens before and know this is untrue). She said well you can buy it now and return it later for a refund. (???) It was gum. I'm not about to return gum. The price on one of the items was .69 cents off, which won't break my bank, but I know there are less fortunate ppl on a strict budget who could be affected by the price discrepancies.

Broke my leg at 10:00pm. This pharmacy received my prescription for my pain medications at 8am the next morning. Been calling them since 8am and getting hung up on every time. It’s now been 15 hours with no pain medications and a still broken leg. I’m in a lot of pain. Thanks Walgreens. Never using you again.

This pharmacy is wildly understaffed. Hours have been reduced so it closes at 6pm and is not open on the weekends. I went today and was greeted by a hand written sign that it was closed. This has happened to me more than once. It used to be well staffed. I don’t recommend it as your neighborhood pharmacy at this point.
