I showed up for my 11:00 appt for a flu shot, and I understand "doc offices" typically run behind schedule so I had already filled out the necessary paperwork online, but they had me fill it out again at 11:15. I then watched at 11:30 as the 11:15 appt got his flu shot, then the 11:30 appt got called back to get his flu shot. That was at 11:45 and I walked out. There is no reason to wait more than 45 minutes for an appointment for a flu shot.

If you need a prescription, go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else. The hours of operation are not ideal for anyone working 9-5 since the pharmacy closes right at 6 through the week. (God forbid you get stuck in traffic) They’re also not open on Sunday’s - So if you have an emergency script, you’re SOL.

Store is dirty and staff is rude! Not the first time I’ve been there with rude service. Cashier said I was signed up for e-receipt and unsure if I am and annoyed with his rude service I just left. Now with no receipt I’m unsure if he overcharged, but could be correct with rising prices. Either way, hope I don’t need to return anything and I hope there is no error.

What a shame! This Walgreens used to be great, quick, knowledgable, and easy - no longer. Numerous times I have been in line [sometimes with just 2 cars ahead of me] for over 30 minutes!! It's unreal the wait times, lack of knowledge and horrible customer service lately - very sad actually...

Pharmacists "ADA. E" has the worst customer service. Why? I'm sure she was having a bad day but gave her no right to walk away when I was speaking. I've never had the worst experience at a pharmacy like I did today. 1 hour and a half wait and left with no medication

It I could put a zero star I would because they don’t deserve a 1 star. The cashier at Walgreens was very rude towards my husband & I. We were there to get passport pictures. The lady basically kicked us out saying to go somewhere else because she wasn’t going to do them. There was only one customer there & she did not want to help us.

This has been my go to Walmart since I've moved to Broomfield. All the staff is great except for the cashier Jhovani. Ive never had a store worker throw so much attitude when asking for a receipt. He even went so far as to crumple up my receipt before giving it to me today. Definitely thinking about making the trip to a different Walgreens to get better customer service!

I just moved to this areas location, asked about transferring to this store instead since it was closer to home now & the person I spoke to in the pharmacy was extremely rude & impatient. Instead of being helpful after she said I could transfer my meds over the phone she rudely told me I could go online to do it & hung up on me. I’ve now gone two days in a row to pick my daughters medication up & both times they were closed early. I guess I’ll stick with the pharmacy I was going to transfer from even if it is all the way on the other side of town. This Walgreens location on Zuni really needs to educate their staff in the pharmacy to treat their customers with more respect! I work in customer service and the way Walgreens pharmacy at this location treats their customers is beyond rude!!!

I’ve been trying to get my prescriptions for THREE DAYS now and every time I have gone to get them from this location the pharmacy has been “closed due to staffing” which is all fine and dandy. I’ll have them transferred to a different pharmacy right? NOPE! They’re being marked as filled at this pharmacy meaning I can’t have them filled at another pharmacy unless I speak to my insurance company and get them to approve it! I haven’t been able to BREATHE for 3 days… I just want to be able to breathe

Booked a Covid test for 2:15 on a Sunday afternoon via the website. Get there and the Pharmacy is closed and no signage at all that Covid testing is canceled or anything. Thanks for wasting an hour of my day to drive to your location.
