Found the answer to our prayers at this hardware store. One of the employees had a kit with all the tools to unlock our car. !! Highly recommend if you run into this issue or any hardware need.

My wife and I have visited Grand Lake many times over the years. We have played at all the miniture golf courses in town on our visits. We haven't played on the one at this hardware store. Our curiosity got the best of us and had to try it out! We walked into the store to the counter where nobody was at. We waited awhile and a gentleman down the isle asked us what we wanted? We told him we were wanting to play golf. He proceeded to ring us up at the register and said the total was $16 for my wife and I. I asked the total again because I thought maybe I'd heard it wrong for such a basic coarse attached to a business. We were the first customers of the day and he unlocked the doors to the course. He showed us where everything was and gave us a score card with pencil. We played through the course and noticed that there were several places sunflower seed shells were all over. Along with droppings of whatever ate them. Interesting picking your golf balls up after playing.... whatever? The course was in decent shape but not very level in places. It was actually pretty cool to play on. Finished up and needed to go to the restroom. I noticed in the back as we walked in after playing a permanent copied sign on a door that read, "Restroom out of order." Ok I thought. Just trying to keep the general public out. We asked where the restroom was and was told they didn't have one! Which my response was that we just got through playing golf as a customer and we can't use your restroom? Response was again they didn't have one. I said I'll never play golf here again or shop. I also said that I would be sure to tell the rest of our family and friends to do the same! Response from the gentleman behind the counter ok and just kept talking to a local and watching TV. We were going to shop for a toaster and probably some other items. Hard to do when you have to go to the bathroom. Plus being told they didn't have a restroom to start with. They lost a customer now and a repeat customer down the road. I refuse to patronize a business where a paying customer cannot use a restroom!

A great store with great staff. I’m Always greeted when I walk in, the young man at the counter is very respectful and professional. They store carries a great stock, it’s clean and easy to find what you need. Highly recommended 👍🏼

Rather then just let me know if they had what I needed I was told" we have a bunch of that brand you'll have to come look" on my way I ran into construction which was right in front of there establishment which would have been nice to know and I still didn't even know if they had the correct part thankfully they did cause I was already an hour wasted could have went to Granby as long as it took!!!🙄

If I could leave a negative star I would. DO NOT go to this hardware store. For a local business, they do not take care of their customers. I bought paint from there which was the color I wanted but didn’t buy enough. So I brought the same paint back to get another gallon so they could color-match it, and they said it was no problem. When I received the second gallon, it was a completely different color making the room we were painting two separate shades. When I went back to explain the discrepancy, they said I’d have to buy two more full gallons and blamed it on the fact that they could have color-matched the original color if I had brought the original in...which I had already tried to do. When I was speaking with the manager I explained that it was a color-match mistake on their part and since we spent so much money there so far on the mismatched paint alone if I could receive a slight discount towards the second gallon, he explained that there was no way I’d receive any credit towards the purchase because they “had to make as much money as possible.” If you want a hardware store that isn’t greedy and takes care of their customers, DO NOT go here go to Ace Hardware instead.

Don’t waste your time. We’ve been to this store twice in the last year and customer service was terrible, boarding on rude and sarcastic. Unfortunate since the other local businesses are so friendly. Highly recommend the Ace Hardware in Grandby.
