These Guys, were AWESOME. I Took My Car, into them, to have My Power Steering Pump Fixed. I have a 2004 Buick Regal. I thought they did a Really Awesome job, checking everything out, on my Car, before, or After Fixing the Power Steering Pump. It was ALL, ONE Big Piece, and ended up Costing me, $1,800 to Fix. The other Mechanics I had, working on my Car,(Collins Muffler) packed up shop & left town. Christian Brothers Automotive, was the Next best thing, that I Thought of. Christian Brothers Automotive, does A LOT of Services, on Vehicles.... I Would Definitely Go back, to these Guys again, (depending on what is Wrong with My Car).....🚗😉

Tried to set an appointment on their website using their online appointment request portal. Never got a call back or response of any kind. Can’t say anything about the quality of their service because I never had the opportunity. Giving them 2 stars because I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt that someone missed the request. Good customer service is extremely important to me and this wasn’t it. Hoping it was just a system glitch or something.

While perhaps a bit on the pricey side, Christian Brothers fixed my vehicle, communicated well, AND they actually had an opening two days after I called for an appointment. Most places were booked out a month in advance. Got my car back the same day I took it in. Would recommend. Thank you!

These guys are the best in town! Their work is unmatched, their team is incredible, and their prices are surprisingly reasonable. They have taken care of the last two vehicles I have had and I won’t go anywhere else. Just picked up my car and had additional unrelated concerns that were addressed immediately. If you have anxiety- go here. They explain everything to a level that makes sense and are so calm and kind answering questions. Services: Oil change, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Called for a quote on the exact part I needed and refused to quote me even though I knew exactly what the car needed. My car is very old and already paid for a diagnostic feee somewhere else in town so I was calling around to see who in town, that is reputable, can replace what I needed for the best price. They wanted me to pay for another diagnostic fee even though I just had one. Terrible!

Mr son called to make an appt. & ths man gave him attitude over the phone. The worst place I have ever gone to. We told this man what the problem was and even after that he wanted to charge me an arm & a leg for diagnostics. My husband is a mechanic & knows about vehicles just doesn't have the time to fix it. They are a scam to get $ where they can. Very bad service I got from these people.This man racial profiled us when we got there. You're suppose to be "CHristian" Christians are the worst RIP OFFS! Will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!

I went to Christian brothers to see what all was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed. I already knew a little bit of what all was wrong with my car and it should have at most a 2500 dollar job. I have many family friends and members that are mechanics so I have some knowledge on pricing and that labor costs is a well needed thing. That's not My main problem with this company. They not only over charge you for the job, but they look for the most expensive parts. Don't get me wrong, that shows that they want premium parts for their customers, but they don't give you the option to use cheaper parts. So even if you know that there are parts for cheaper,they make sure to get the most expensive option. If they say that they aren't,then that just means they mark up the price buy 300% . It's outrageous and a scam. I don't recommend coming here to fix your car due to them scamming you out of money. I had excellent service during my oil change. They provided me with a detailed service report and attached pictures of any potential issues (including a dirty air filter and corrosion on my battery). I appreciated these extra steps. It often feels like auto shops are just trying to sell you parts and replacements that you don't need, but Christian Brothers provided evidence, quotes on the spot, and a timeline of when I should have these services completed. The owner also introduced herself while I was in the waiting area (also very clean and comfortable). Excellent customer service, going above and beyond, and fair pricing; I will continue to take my car here in the future! By far the best auto shop I have found in the Greeley area! They worked to fit me into a busy schedule, worked quickly and efficiently, and have fixed up my vehicle so it is running smoothly and well. I have taken a couple of my vehicles to Christian Brothers trying to support a Christian based business. Unfortunately when I would go in the service results were very disappointing and the prices were well above average. I continued to give them a chance and disregarded the cost and the subpar service until recently when I went in to get my AC repaired. I should've know better. Due to their incompetent service they failed to perform a proper vacuum test, recharged my AC unit and after less than a month of use the AC unit failed again. I returned it to Christian Brothers in hopes they would work with me. They ran a dye test on my AC system and discovered that my condenser is leaking and needed to be replaced for a quoted price of $864. I found that I could purchase this part for under $200 and I understand they need to make money. Where I got really frustrated is that I spent $150 for the initial recharge of my unit that failed because they didn't properly perform a vac test and they didn't find that my condenser had failed. I told them that I would be replacing the condenser myself and I asked if they would recharge my unit for me after the installation and they said they would for an additional $150. So I paid $150 for them not to do a proper vacuum test on my system and basically waste the refrigerant? No thanks I will be taking my business else where. Service: A/C installation & repair
