For the most part my time at StorQuest was good. They do a good job at keeping the facility clean. I don't like how they lock the bathrooms now when the office closes! For a while I had to reregister my debit card every month to be enrolled in autopay, whick kinda defeats the purpose! However it finally did get fixed. I moved to Lakewood so it's just too far for me to travel or you would still have my business! Thank you guys!

Had a unit here for five years without issue. Management was always polite and responsive. Facility was always clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Amazing storage spot- clean, convenient., all as described. Ive had storage places throughout the US for over 20years. I met with Adam who was succint, friendly and helpful and professional. I kept waiting for the catch! The first storage place that 1) II liked the atmosphere and 2) they treated me like a person and 3) treated me with respect , like a professional ( Im a 65 yo woman doctor ) WOW !!!!

I was born and raised in Colorado. I had lived in DTC for 8 years. I lost my mother in 2018 and so many things changed and didn't go right after she died. I needed to move and I also needed a storage. In 2019 I moved to Texas. The first couple Managers and staff 2018-2019 were nice. I can't remember their names. Then management changed Jamie and Jaden in my opinion their customer service needed a lot of help and I felt like they were the worst managers. I was having an extremely difficult time getting my storage items to Texas and other issues. It has been a challenge. Well finally the moments and days have come and I was planning for my items to be moved from Colorado to Texas. I called and Adam Miller answered. Adam was professional, kind, understanding, and willing to do whatever he could to help me. I felt Sooo much better after the first conversation. I explained I would be staying in Texas and that this move was happening without me being there. Adam did everything he said he would do. He got answers to questions, made sure the movers were able to access my unit, and informed when the move was completed. Adam restored my confidence in StorQuest. I can't thank him enough for his assistance. If you need a storage in Colorado. StorQuest is very clean, located in beautiful DTC, and Adam will take good care of you. THANK YOU ADAM!! Great storage location! The front office staff are always super kind and helpful, all the units are in one building which is so much nicer than some of the spread out storage unit locations. The prices are unbeatable for the area, I had a very large unit and i got it here for much less than other storage facilities. While it is less expensive they do not skimp on anything!

These guys are great! Very accomodating, low prices, excellent customer service and a very clean space. I moved from a smaller space to a larger space and they where able to give me a new customer discount on the new space while allowing me to move out of my old space on the same day, simply amazing. If there has ever been a problem (once my door code was not working after hours) they have been able to solve the problem on the spot. Always great at StorQuest in DTC! Thanks guys and gals!

Two weekends ago we came to Storquest to rent space, as we have just moved to the DTC from Aurora. Steven helped us and he was so amazing! He was not a regular at this particular site but was helping out over the weekend. He was very well versed with the type of units and very patient as we toured a number of units to "feel" what size would be best for us. He was very respectful and gracious to us. He made a great impression as to the type of company StorQuest is!

What a pleasant experience I had renting from this location. Straight forward and transparent pricing. No nickel and dining like you experience at other storage companies. The Manager Rick was great. Very personable and helpful. He made sure I understood the terms clearly and took his time to explain thoroughly. I highly recommend this location .
