Barbara was so helpful. 😊 I had asked for a bear from 1800- flowers.. they TOTALLY messed up my order. I called pretty petals and asked if she could help me as my friend that lives out of state is dying of stage 4 colan cancer. Barbara was so very helpful and my bear was sent the very next day!! Thank you Barbara (Pretty Pedals) for being so helpful in a time of need. They rock❤

Wow! I placed an order yesterday morning after reading all the wonderful reviews and boy did they deliver. My friend who just lost her Dad received them by that afternoon. I am not local and I had no idea about the quality or design of flowers I would be sending to a friend but I was more than impressed. I was also very impressed with the same day delivery. My experience from putting in the order and seeing the happiness my friend has after receiving the flowers exceeded my expectations! I am not local but called to have flowers delivered to a local hospital. The lady I spoke with was very helpful. I gave her a general idea of what I wanted and the amount that I wanted to spend. It was around 1:30pm when I placed the order and the beautiful arrangement was delivered to the hospital room a few hours later. I am very pleased with the service and the arrangement that was delivered.

Amazing service by Brian Goad with Pretty Petals Florist . My daughter and her new husband who are on their honeymoon out of the country wanted to send me flowers for my birthday to my office in Highlands Ranch. When Brian called me to say he had my delivery, I told him I was home sick . Without hesitation he drove all the way to Castle Rock to deliver my beautiful flowers. Ordered flowers from them for Mom's birthday last week. Ordering was very easy over the phone and it delivered same day. I dont get flowers often, so I told her "dealers choice," and the arrangement was amazing. Highly recommend this shop.

The flowers were amazing! We had twin baby girl granddaughters yesterday and I wanted the flowers to be a twin celebration of their long awaited birth. Everything was in "twos" in the arrangement.
