No more 1800 flowers etc. This is now my go to place for flower arrangements. I had once stopped into this shop for flowers. They were the nicest people, very helpful in putting together a beautiful bouquet within minutes. Then today, I received this gorgeous arrangement for my birthday. My mother ordered from NE. She had no idea about this shop. The arrangement is beyond my expectations. And, they provided very detailed instructions how to care for the flowers. Wonderful staff, beautiful arrangements and supporting our local small businesses.

I am very pleased with my Lily Flowers purchase. I live out of town and have been let down numerous times by other, more well known florists. The flowers that were delivered were very much like the picture I ordered from. I will definitely order through Lily Flowers again, and will recommend them to friends and family.

I ordered flowers at 9:00 in the morning. They have not been delivered. It is close to closing time. I have called the place at least five times throughout the day. Emailed. No answer. No customer service. I have not been issued a refund. This is a scam. This is not a florist. This is just a take your money and don't give you any flowers operation or something. I never received the product that I paid $50 for delivery. Edit: 20 mins after this review I was finally given a call and a refund. After the review he wanted to argue with me and claim he had phone issues and was still going to deliver the flowers. I said I'll take a refund but he was more upset about this review. So if you need customer service just write a review I guess and they'll immediately call you back ready to argue Awful experience.

I was scared out of my wits by the person delivering my flowers. The person knocked on the door and so I got up to answer it (I did not know someone had sent me flowers). Before I reached the door, the person then tried to ENTER my apartment by turning the knob of my door. I was about to call the police. They said nothing about a flower delivery and I looked through the peephole and saw nothing in their hands. I decided not to answer the door. They then proceeded to BANG on my windows. This made me fear for my life and I was 2 seconds away from calling the police. After the person left, I managed to calm myself down and went to tell my neighbor what happened. When I opened my door, that's when I saw the flowers sitting in front of my doorway. This was a great relief as I was worried someone was trying to enter my apartment to harm me and I would not be safe in my own apartment, especially that night. I was shaking for an hour. I emailed Lily Flowers a few days ago (after trying to call them multiple times with no answer) to inform their delivery guy NOT to act so aggressive during a delivery. If they had responded to my email or answered the phone I wouldn't have been urged to write this review. Very unprofessional company and poor customer service.

These fine folks have been my "go to" florists for years! When COVID hit, they were shut down for a little while, and I tried other florists, but NO ONE can compare with the quality that these folks provide! I'll be driving out to Lily Flowers from Roxborough for all of my flower needs, even though there are several other flower shops within range of my home that could deliver to me directly. Lily Flowers is just that much better, they're worth the drive!!

I ordered a floral arrangement from Lily Flowers a local florist. I ordered it online. I needed it delivered same day. Beautiful arrangement. Delivered it within 5 hours of my order. Excellent customer service. Will definitely place my future orders with Lily Flowers

I love supporting small businesses! I decided to call a local floral shop instead of doing something online. The person who took my order was very friendly and helped me pick out this bouquet for a dear friend of mine as a Birthday surprise! He even sent a picture of what he was about to deliver. I would highly recommend them!

Wow! I called Lily's yesterday 3 hours before they closed and asked if it was too late for same day delivery. They had them delivered by 5p. And the flowers were AMAZING! They were condolence flowers and the son said of all the flowers they had received, Lily's were the most beautiful. He sent me a picture and I've NEVER had a florist match what I ordered online so closely. Just beautiful.

Love the flowers! Came in to buy some flowers for my mom and sister. Wow they turned out super nice and wasn't too pricey ($30 each). Only took like 15 minutes!! Will come back ! Thanks !
