They must really hate doing U-Haul rentals. With the level of contempt all 3 of them showed me when I came in to pick up my trailer, you'd think I had one of their kids held hostage. The level of rude and condescending was just jaw dropping. I ended up walking out and cancelling my rental. Sorry for inconveniencing you guys with my business. Also, who closes at 4:30 in the afternoon?

One of the worst experiences I've had with Uhaul. No one would pick up their phones when I needed to ask to extend a day due to moving constraints. I proceeded to keep the truck for a few more hours than the time I had to have it back. I then received a phone call from the dealer (15 minutes before my truck had to be sent out) and he proceeded to cuss over the phone as to why his truck wasn't returned. I tried to explain that I've tried contacting them several times and even tried to chat with Uhaul. I brought the truck back and he was very rude! I'll never use Uhaul again.

Thank you Trae! Great kid (I am old, so I can say that); did his best to help, despite an obviously faulty UHaul software program, and the developmentally delayed rock on the other end of the phone trying to troubleshoot the problem with Trae. Trae's reward? The guy got upset with him, as Trae had not told me (hadn't really had a chance yet) about the liability I was assuming by not buying coverage for the trailer. Duh, that goes without saying anyway. My personal experience is that particular regional U-Haul manager enjoys making others feel inferior. Bottom line - I would go to this location again, for anything - the other people here were kind and helpful as well.

Great customer service in the phone; however, they are not very good at keeping reservations. We had a reservation with a scheduled am pickup and when we got there they didn’t have the unit and told us to come back later. When we came back later they said the unit got returned to another location 40 miles away and that we are out of luck. I would have expected them to have a driver go get it and bring it to the designated rental location.

I would give them negative stars if I could. I've used this place a few times and they don't know what they're doing. You will be overcharged. If you drop you truck rental off over night be sure to take a picture of the fuel gauge because they are trying anyway possible to rip you off. Poor service and lazy workers who are no doubt overpaid. They can't even check a truck in proper or they are just flat out dishonest!

One of the worst experiences I have had. I arrived at 8am, my pickup time. Get paperwork finished by 8:15 and go outside and wait for customer service to pull up the truck. 8:30 head back inside to see where the truck is. I find out later that customer service passed off they keys and someone got confused and thought the keys were a check-in instead of a checkout. So I was charged 36$ for not getting a truck, checking in and out instantly. Customer service rents that truck to someone in line and I am left hanging until 9 am when they decide to give me a truck on their repair list. This was a 2nd rental that I was charged $57 for. 3 days later I get a revised order bringing the $57 to $83 and adding a bunch of mileage that I never drove. I call and customer service states they will refund all but the $57 charge. Later that day I get an adjusted bill bringing the original 36$ charge to 57$ and I never even rented that truck on that order. So much discord and people obviously don't know what they are doing. I still don't know how much I have been charged, it looks like my card is maxed out now due to all these pending charges. I now have 4 separate charges on my card $36.29, $57.67, $82.69 and $56.79. I contacted uhaul customer care via their website and was promised a $50 credit. I wonder if that will actually show up.

They bill you more than what your u-haul contract is and then when you come to fix it they raise the contract price out of no where, bill you again and you gotta wait 28-48 hours for the money they over charged from the first contract. Then gotta try to get the money back from the second contract they over charged with. Never had this problem tell this place. Btw iv been over charged by 100$. Its more stress for your move.
