I had an amazing iced coffee and asiago bagel sandwich! The staff are friendly and pretty helpful too. This is a great spot for a quick bite and also dining in. It’s a pretty modern looking joint and I’d take this over Starbucks or Dunkin’ Donuts for the price and quality! Ps. I tried their iced mocha with less ice

The girl who waited on should have asked me if my coffee I ordered was hit or iced. She gave me an ice coffee when I wanted a hot coffee. She made it good made me my hot coffee an apologized. Other than that service was great 👍. Love Backers coffee.

They're great except for the gluten free doughnuts being way too heavily glazed. My 10 yr old says they have the best hot chocolate in the world. The coffee and tea is very good. The staff are super too.

Wrong order. Both orders wrong. Sign in drive thru window states 'accidents happen'. This is true, but no apologies, just a statement that we either don't care enough to properly train our staff or we can't get employees who are worth a paycheck. Was emailed after posting if we went back in or mentioned to management, as well as my harsh reviews. No did not go back as we were several miles down the road. No didn't mention to management, as of the sign in the window. As for my reviews. Sorry big box stores don't rate four and five star reviews. Poor service by employees and poor housekeeping of your establishment don't rate four and five star reviews. As well the saying goes ' you only get one chance to make a first impression.'

Nice place. Had chai tea and cinna-a-bagle. It was good. Friendly staff. It also have a drive through. Would definitely go back.

I liked coming in here, have been coming here with my family since I was very little. I like that this coffee shop is small business and local. The entrance could be a little cleaner. The coffee is good. They put a good amount of cream cheese on the bagels. I also really enjoyed the corn muffins, tastes home made. Asked to microwave with some butter and it tasted good. We sat here for a while and we were comfy talking here enjoying our coffees. Lots of people come here to order but they are very prompt with service and the girls seem to be very nice and attentive with everyone so that's always a plus. Lots of options for donuts and muffins 👌
