Missarable pharmacy staff who can't do basic things like keep medication in stock. They don't even call to tell you they can't fill it... They just do nothing at all... Now going through extreme withdrawals from a neuropsych med because they have my perscription but don't have any of pills to fill it. Ive been going here for the past 5 yrs and have it filled every 90 days. Figure out how to maintain your inventory!!!

I was reading the reviews and was surprised how many negative reviews there were. If you look those are all older than 5 years. This store is great. I have a prescription for an over the counter medication. They always have it ready for me and filled correctly. They are helpful and know who you are when you walk in.

Pharmacist has been one of the most rude people I’ve ever encountered on multiple occasions. One time while shopping, I asked a simple question about an item that would be in a aisle not behind the pharmacy counter and I was responded to with a nasty remark about him not working in that part of the store. As a Litchfield resident, I do everything in my power to never go to this store, and if I do I NEVER use the pharmacy. It’s terrible too because I have had some great service from the older women working up front.

Went to get my covid shot. Didn't have to wait more than a few minutes. Was simple and quick. Pharmacist was polite.

I visited this store Sunday morning, July 28th with a friend who was making a purchase! He was at the front register and I told him I was going to find a ladies room. Well that girl at the checkout very rudely told me “we don’t have a ladies room”. First of all I wasn’t speaking to her and second of all she was Extremely rude , letting everyone in line know I was looking for a restroom! My friend frequents that store quite often and he couldn’t believe her nerve. First time I’ve ever come across a rude person at a CVS, ever!!! The girl needs retraining. Sincerely, Mrs.Amy M.

I don’t recommend this CVS to anyone! I called a week a head of time to get my sons prescription formula filled. I went in to pick up and they were short 4 cans. They wouldn’t even call and order more since they were short it’s like they didn’t want to be bothered! I guess to them my son doesn’t need to eat 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ Very rude staff!

Every pharmacist I have dealt with has been nothing short of professional. They know me by face and name there. If there is a problem they call me in advance to save me the trip to the store. Wait times are usually short and in the event that there is a wait the staff is apologetic and accommodating.
