Amazing experience. I did not catch her name but the woman operating the facility was welcoming, fun, knowledgeable, and helpful without being overbearing. Generally speaking, supplement stores have little to no customer service or are over the top pushing targeted products like a used car sales person. Kudos to this shop for finding a great balance in a short interaction to deliver myself a fantastic experience.

Apr 8 2022. This location used to have good customer service but as of recently its been horrible. I go in and get followed around the store To me it's extremely racist and I call the next day to ask for info on a product and get an attitude from christy while im in the middle of asking a question. Heres a tip if you have a customer dont answer the phone. If you carry any melanin expect to get followed by a guy that looks likes he's straight out of mad max

Let’s be honest I live for the vitamin shoppe I’m from Maryland here for work so happy to find one close to my hotel LIZ was amazing that person needs a raise went above and beyond and I’m so happy I got my book bag 💕I hope Liz is a store manager the other girl was basically invisible needs customer service .
