Cassie helped me immediately upon entering the store. She even clarified the ingredients for me when I misread the label. The woman at the checkout (sorry I didn't get her name) was also extremely helpful and efficient and cheerful. I always enjoy coming into this store.

The assistant manager at this location is the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever spoken to at a supplement store. She was able to help me in every aspect and was very honest about the products. Very intelligent woman..

Unfortunately, I went in and had a customer asking me for assistance versus the employees that worked there. The employees were too into the conversation they were having at the register instead of providing good customer service. It turned me off as I expressed to an employee that she needed someone to assist her and the employee sarcastically responded to me saying “well did you help her and did you find everything okay?”
