This is the best branch of Chase. I always receive great friendly service!!! Always helpful with any of my banking issues

This is the worst Chase branch I ever visited. Bank manager is not helpful at all. I went there to open an account 2 times. She was finding way to kick me out from the bank and not willing to open an account. She is even not willing to check the documents and talk to someone if they are OK. Very unprofessional and rude staff. Looks like they have enough accounts for this branch, don't want more customers.
