Rude and unprofessional. I was sold a “new” phone from this store that ended up being broken and not working properly. The man who was helping me there also added on mobile protect to my plan without my authorization. He also told me the only way he could sell me a new phone was if I also purchased a phone case and screen protector which is definitely a scam (I checked with other Verizon stores after the fact). The Verizon Retailer in Danbury is great and definitely worth the drive over this store.

The staff is polite and friendly. The store manager Brandon, always tries his best to give us the best service, prices and products available. Shop around first, then see Brandon for an even better deal. However, their restroom is unfortunately no longer available for customers 😕 😢
