Sadly the great TD Bank closed in Middlebury so I moved to this branch. What a mistake. Twice I could not get cash out of the ATM. A problem on their end. Then I tried to make a withdrawal via the drive thru. I was told by the teller Jay that I could not withdrawn the amount I wanted. When I asked "why?" His answer was " because it can get stuck in the tube!" This idiotic answer was reported to the Assistant Manager Sherri. Then yesterday I made a deposit through the drive thru and received a deposit receipt back that was illegible because of the need of machine ink. Because of this I asked for another receipt and sent the illegible one back to the teller. The teller returned the SAME receipt to me with the deposit total written in by hand!!! That was it!! I went into the bank and spoke to John, the Mgr. It almost seemed as if he could care less. I left because I did not have time to address this problem further yesterday but will be back to close my accounts and bring my business elsewhere, to a bank that takes banking seriously. The actions of employees are a reflection of the management. If they don't care about training their tellers correctly then I don't care about leaving my business with them. These two instances were the most ridiculous experiences that ever occurred to me with banking. It's unsettling to think that these people are handling my money. Hopefully, the next bank will do better.

i transferred money to my td bank account and paid extra fees for instant delivery. This was Saturday, its now Tuesday and i still cant touch my own money. It shows up in my account, and the teller said we can swipe our card but cant withdraw any of our money. Nothing but problems with this bank will be switching soon.

As I was trying to find out when a large check deposit will clear, I was handled with care from everyone EXCEPT the branch manager. I had deposited through an ATM on Monday because the branches are closed due to Covid-19. I have a newborn child and I can’t work right now because my job is closed. This is the only money I have to pay bills and get me through the month. I also have been trying to reach your customer service for two days to no avail. As I was talking two employees, who were very nice to me and trying to see what they can do, they put me through the branch manager to see if something can be done even a partial deposited would have helped. She was very short with me, rude, and said I had to wait then hangs up on me before I can even get another word in edgewise. I also tried calling again but no one picked up. Is this how TD Bank treats their customers? I’m sure to let others know.

Called to complain about an extremely rude employee only to find out it was the manager of the branch. That should tell you the level of professionalism here.

Most days, I come out of my way to come to this branch becuase I like it so much. All the tellers are very friendly and very quick But one day I left with a bad taste in my mouth about how when of the tellers treated me and was convinced on closing out my accounts. Upon hearing this Danielle, the branch manager, reached out to me by the next day. After discussing what happened she was extremely helping, outgoing and helped me fix my problem right away . I couldn’t have asked for better service and a reminder on why I chose TD bank in the first place. She told me how important it was to maintain a great staff and I believe that with Danielle there, they will continue to be a trademark of what TD bank represents.

My son opened his first bank account at the West main branch. He deposited his first payroll check and discovered they put a hold on 50% of funds for five business days. This is not a fair and or standard banking practice.
