Had a very pleasant experience, starting with the polite security guard at the door to Rosanna who took care of me. She was professional, courteous and truly cared. It was not only with me because I saw how nice she treated the couple ahead of me. I also refinanced with Bank of America after comparing with many financial institution and am pleased with the process and outcome. ~E

TD Bank

Sadly the great TD Bank closed in Middlebury so I moved to this branch. What a mistake. Twice I could not get cash out of the ATM. A problem on their end. Then I tried to make a withdrawal via the drive thru. I was told by the teller Jay that I could not withdrawn the amount I wanted. When I asked "why?" His answer was " because it can get stuck in the tube!" This idiotic answer was reported to the Assistant Manager Sherri. Then yesterday I made a deposit through the drive thru and received a deposit receipt back that was illegible because of the need of machine ink. Because of this I asked for another receipt and sent the illegible one back to the teller. The teller returned the SAME receipt to me with the deposit total written in by hand!!! That was it!! I went into the bank and spoke to John, the Mgr. It almost seemed as if he could care less. I left because I did not have time to address this problem further yesterday but will be back to close my accounts and bring my business elsewhere, to a bank that takes banking seriously. The actions of employees are a reflection of the management. If they don't care about training their tellers correctly then I don't care about leaving my business with them. These two instances were the most ridiculous experiences that ever occurred to me with banking. It's unsettling to think that these people are handling my money. Hopefully, the next bank will do better. ~Katay

Webster Bank - Main Office

Well they like to take Money from ppl that are barely scraping by.. it’s a disgusting practice.. they should be ashamed of their thieving “business practice “ disgraceful.. honestly let’s take money away from ppl that are struggling anyway.. like the 12 bucks a month or 120 a year wouldn’t help their costumers.. ~Michael

Wells Fargo Bank

Made an appointment first at wolcott branch, terrible service there. Needed to get business account opened which requires filling out many packs of forums. Ricky assisted and went through each page one by one to make sure I understood everything thoroughly. He’s a great representative and can definitely see him managing his own branch in the near future, his customer service was excellent! ~Justin

Wells Fargo Bank

If I could give 0 starts I would. The teller that helped me had no idea what to do. First she told me over here when I was waiting in line instead of an actual proper greeting. I was withdrawing money inside instead of at the ATM because I'm waiting for my new card to arrive. I walked in, gave her 2 federal forms of ID and then she said she couldn't give me my money I wanted because "the deposit that went through doesn't have a hard check attached to it". Well its saying it's available online and if I had my card I would of been able to withdraw my money without and issue. 20 mins late and her going back and forth to another teller. (How about you call the manager over to help you since you obviously have no idea what you are doing). I was also going to cash a check we got for Christmas and she was saying she couldn't do that because it was from a different bank. I'm pretty sure I've had an account with Wellsfargo for 7 years and been able to do these 2 transactions without and issue. I think your tellers need better training on their job and customer service ~NATALY
