Made an appointment first at wolcott branch, terrible service there. Needed to get business account opened which requires filling out many packs of forums. Ricky assisted and went through each page one by one to make sure I understood everything thoroughly. He’s a great representative and can definitely see him managing his own branch in the near future, his customer service was excellent!

You enter the bank with the check and it says Cash and the operator says you can't change it because your name isn't written, it's written Cash!!! She said you have your name written down so you could change it. All the other banks I go I can change when it says Cash!!! now I gave mine my bank card my driver's license and I couldn't change🧐. It's a discrimination just because iam Brazilian.

Only 1 person servicing the drive thru. They refuse to open both drive thru Windows. We waited 25 minutes to make a deposit and we were the 2nd car in line at one of the drive thru windows.

I give 1 star because I just experience the bad team work at this bank (Angelica) start her shift and look at both other girls like what are you doing here. The other co-worker (yuberkis) give Angelica her costumer so she can take a break or something. Spend more time talking than working. Working in a bank is not that hard do you job and talk less when they no costumer waiting ty have a good day I highly recommend not come here if yuberkis working

Worst experience at a bank ever. The employees has absolutely no idea about the job they're assigned to do. The manger Beverly had the nastiest attitude.i got a very ractist vibes from her.
