Be careful at this location. The young man at the register added two items to my total purchase and also it looks like he added it to his rewards account taking credit for my purchase. I should have paid attention but was in a rush to get back to my family...by the time I realized what happened the store was already closed. It just makes me sad that someone would do this.

Nothing wrong with the actual store just your run of the mill newer 711. However they ordered the wrong lids for the cups and still keep them out and the coffee spilled all over my shirt so pathetic they still keep the lids that don't work with the cups.

This particular mall location... The two guys working the register on January 4th, 2022 were are not wearing masks. Tweedledum and Tweedledee are obviously not happy to be working, rude to customers and unwilling (or maybe unable) to do their job with any competence. I suspect they are hoping to get Covid so they can go on "vacation" yet again. However, the manager (Susan) is cool and seems to realize she was dealt a bad hand when it comes to her employees. Let's hope she can do some course correcting.

The manager laughed and made fun of me loudly to her coworkers after asking her a question. I frequent this location and this was an embarrassing and disappointing experience.

Was refused to be rung up by one of the workers without a valid explanation of why my transaction could not be satisfied. I guess they don’t really care refusing business.

My husband had an extremely poor experience at this location. He tried to purchase six gift cards and the associate made an error with the transaction. He was very kind but did not know how to fix the error and enlisted the help of two other associates who also did not know how to fix the error and rather than apologizing for the inconvenience they treated my husband extremely rudely through their body language and vocal tone. They need training on how to manage transaction errors with gift cards and proper customer service.

This store will make an excellent addition to the Westfield Brandon Mall. They have the usual selection you would expect from a 7-Eleven gas station, with an additional variety of premium coffee and a fresh new look. Edit: All of the above mentioned is still true, but my rating went from 5 to 3, due to the sharp/unfriendly style the owner/manager (blonde lady) has towards her employees and customers. She gives that run down gas station feel to what otherwise would be a 5 star location.
