My fiancé and I brought a load of very nice dresses, some brand new never worn, in to be put on consignment. I had kept quiet letting my fiancé tell the ladies what we were wanting to do. We had arrived 3 minutes passed their time for accepting consignments but they allowed us in anyway. I thought that gave them the one star. As one woman began going through the clothes everything seemed fine until I spoke. I am caucasian Latina with colored hair and can blend in with any other Floridian however, my accent gives me away. Immediately she snatched up a dress, walks to the back and a different lady comes out complaining about cigarette smoke smell on the garments. Which really tells me they don’t sanitize the clothes after they receive them! And they don’t like Hispanics! Make your call what you want to wear and what you want to buy but I was dropping off clothes that were from a woman that died from Covid.

I give them 1 star because that is as low as I can give and still write a review Very rude, unhelpful, and uncaring. I'm trying to get rid of my deceased wife's clothes, but they smelled cigarette smoke on me, and told me that the clothes smelled of smoke (which they did not) and told (rather rudely) that they could not help me.

Great selection of clothes and jewelry. They have a few but beautiful shoes. You need to stop by and pick up few of their great selection or check their Instagram and Facebook live showing. Forgot to add the photo. My mom wanted to share her comments about the shoes she found today. She wanted to get some shoes my brother said get them from Amazon Prime but she wanted to visit your store and I am so glad she did!!

Love shopping here. I get amazing clothing, purses, jewelry and accessories here at incredible prices. I always get compliments at work and I don't have spend an extreme amount of money to do it. The staff at the store are wonderful people and the owner is an amazing woman that always looks out for her community. You always feel like family there. If you're not shopping there ladies you are missing out.

Purchased a designer purse online. When received, it smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke even the box and wrapping stunk. Purchase through online seller who refused to accept return although odor was not mentioned. It smells so bad, I do t think it is even Goodwill worthy. Very disappointed. Buyer BEWARE!! Received prompt message from owner, Dena, to investigate the transaction. We learned that the purse actually Was returned to the original owner who then placed it on Mercari for sale. Based on our conversation, I am sure Dana would not have accepted this item in the shape it was hen when sent to me. I very much appreciate her professionalism and kindness and helping resolve this issue. I am changing my post from one star to five stars. Conscientious owners with excellent follow through and ethics are to be applauded. Thank you, Dena!!

I am extremely disappointed in this shop. My daughter took in some very expensive pieces including to full-length, beaded evening gowns (brand new w/ the price tags on them), designer bags and clothes. She did not understand that she would have to continually follow up, so after the first phone call to check and see if the items sold, she was waiting and waiting to hear back from someone. After more than a year, she was told that some of the items sold BUT that they no longer had her check and that any remaining items were donated. These were very expensive, designer pieces worth at least $700. So basically the shop took her things, sold them and kept the money without ever letting her know. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ITEMS unless you plan to follow up b/c they will never contact you again - and claim it is in line with their so-called "CONTRACT".

The shop is so clean, well organized and has the most unique pieces at affordable prices. All items are checked throughly and always look new or like new. While the shop is well taken care of, the employees are very attentive and extremely helpful and friendly. It’s always a pleasure to walk in the door and immediately feel welcomed. You won’t be disappointed.

I love this store! I always find amazing deals on items I couldn't afford otherwise. I notice others have commented on negative experiences with the staff and I am in shock! I have shopped here many, many times and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful- saying hello as I walk in, a kind goodbye as I leave, asking if I need assistance, etc. While they are a Christian store I have never felt like they are shoving that idea down your throats by any means. It is simply a lovely ambiance with Christian music playing softly in the background. I can not think of one negative thing to say about this adorable boutique!
