Very nice bakery employees! I dont know her name but she helped me pick out a cake for my daughter and then wrote her name on it even though there wasnt any room! She made it happen and it looked great! She was there on sunday morning Dec 4th around 11 am.. I hope she gets credited for her superb customer service!

People are friendly, place is clean I been coming to this Publix for the las 29 years!! If is a issues they always able to help you with it highly recommended meat and fruit are always fresh bakery on pint the cook meals on point … love my Publix

I've not been at this location before and I must say, the employees are as friendly as in any other ones I've been. first publix i saw with self check-out too! convenient if you only have a few items that are not fresh produce since it needs extra steps of searching for the item to determine the price per weight.

While this Publix doesn't carry items that others do they always have their rotisserie and fried chicken available where the others always seem to run out with long wait times till fresh is available! The staff is patient and friendly and the store is always clean

This Publix has gone down hill I only go every once in a while and it seems as if it's worse than the time before. I popped in today just for a pack of Reynolds decided I'd just buy some chicken from the deli. Low and behold there wasn't any. Big shocker since this is always the case when I am there. About 6 or 7 people were standing in front of the area so I guess they too were waiting on chicken. There's never a manager over there to speak with since Ginger retired and later passed away. The attitudes are always rude or there is no sense of urgency or care for customers. Worst Publix in Brandon.

Employee told a woman shopping for crackers there to “watch them calories” and laughed and walked off. When I talked to management they said they would look into it and call me back. Never heard back from management. What kind of grocery company supports fat shaming women? It’s absolutely disgusting.

I frequent this particular location because I literally work next door. All the employees are beyond fantastic. A good majority always make a point to say hi, and that’s what really matters. Justin, who works customer service area, is amazing!!!! He is extremely genuine, and always makes me smile. Love the actual customer service… these employees make Publix awesome, not the other way around. Much appreciated!!!!

Honestly this time I only went in to buy a money order from the Western Union there. Kat, who took matters into their hands was extremely helpful with getting my transaction done and was very friendly throughout the way! Thanks!!! In general, though, Publix, as a supermarket has always been a wonderful experience for my family and me :) 10/10 would shop here again

Been there few times for fruits and vegetables. The owner is a cool guy. You can expect music anytime u are there. Parking is available. It doesn't remain too busy.

Really nice store for one of the smaller locations. Very clean, good selection, very friendly staff. Would've been 5 stars but they have made a critical error and have installed multiple self service checkouts. As Publix is not paying me to work for them to perform this function I will not be using the self checkout and since they are not lowering the price of the products they are selling I am definitely not going to pay a higher price for the goods and give them free labor. They are not going to make an increased profit for the product and increase their profits by eliminating employees and forcing their customers to do their job for them.
