the bakery department is a disaster publix opens at 7:00 am you arrive to buy in the bakery and there is no pande bono, pastelitis cubsnos, there are no crossants there is nothing done it makes me think that the head of that department must be replaced. When you call to make an order nobody picks up the phone and nobody in customer service takes the time to go see why!! only the manager Jorge Rivero Store manager Jorge Rivero the best customer service ever 👍🏻💯💯 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ going to the store manager Jorge!!

I’m a regular customer at this Publix, it’s been more than 9 times I’ve come in and there is no one attending the Subs area and it’s very disrespectful to stand there for 20 minutes, and not be helped! Today 7/10/2022 was the same thing, 5 people helping out on Deli and not one acknowledgement of , I’ll be with you. Spoke to the manager and the excise is not enough staff. I says 5 people on Deli and 2 people to help. I’m not shopping here anymore! This is not Coral Gables.

There's always always not people under on the register where they used to help you with the backs to put everything in the bags packaging everything for you to be able to enjoy the shopping is a pleasure experience that they presume to have not anymore and that's not the only Publix every Publix in Miami have the same situation where nobody help you to put the items in the box anymore and prices are going up experience is going down Publix is not a pleasure to shop not anymore you can see everybody talking talking on the aisles and texting on the phone then I help you they don't ask you what do you need they don't offer any help she's price is going up very sad goodbye Publix

This supermarket is wonderfully clean and organized. The parking lot is well designed and it's very accessible to the entrance of the supermarket. The shopping cart elevator is also excellent.

On my last visit to Publix, on my way out, I remembered to buy some Coke with Coffee and came back. After searching all the aisles, I asked two different employees and couldn't find them. On my way out, I met Adrian, who was going to his lunch. At his lunch time, despite I not wanting him to do it, he went to the aisles and to the warehouse looking for the product until he found it. I am super grateful, because he left his lunch time and helped me. I asked permission to take a photo of his name. I wish there were a lot of Adrians at Publix. Thank you very much Adrian.

This is a great store to shop at because the staff is attentive, cordial, and very professional. The store is immaculately clean always and centrally located, especially for those patrons using public (#37 & #11 buses) transportation. You will find most anything that is necessary to produce an award winning meal or to satisfy a wide variety of ethnic tastes and/or palates. The building and the store itself is an architectural gem, which truly enhances your mood and shopping experience. This particular store is quite enormous, which makes a large crowd seem much smaller. Nothing but kudos for this particular store. Online shopping, in-store pick up, curbside pick up, etc. are favorable attributes. The only thing that may be a liability is the parking. Tell them Jay says this store is highly recommended!

Staff isn't as forth coming as the Publix in Tennessee. You practically have to say something to them first instead of the other way around. There is a parking garage upstairs in which you ride the escalator down to the store. The vegetables need more attention too (needed culling and conditioning badly). Other than that the store was pretty stocked, clean, and conditioned.

If you want anything from the deli or the hot case forget about it services horrible! 6 people in the deli two customers at the meat and cheese counter, no one at the sandwich or the hot case waiting to be served. 5 minutes went by when I walked away that's when someone asked if they can help me, that's customer service?? My advice don't let it happen to you. Rest of the store and departments seem very well, courteous.
