Stopped in to open a personal account , possibly move my business accounts over to this Wells Fargo, sat for fourty five minutes before someone came over and said I have to have n appointment to open an account . Waisted a lot of my time waiting to be told that . I will be going to another bank to move my accounts

Don’t ever bank with Wells Fargo. They make you jump through hoops to avoid fees, you can’t get account statements online unless you turn off paper statements, couldn’t close a cd online. Called customer service was a 30 minute hold and 5 minutes for each question I asked on account fees for the rep to do research.

If I could give them Zero stars I would. Hands down the worst WF in South Florida. I am sorry for the wrong spelling (Svenya) the “service manager” at this location is extremely rude and non helpful. Not only was she extremely rude and continuously speaking down to me, she told me I would not be helped until Monday. After my card was cancelled and I went through proper channels to try and get a temp card on a Sat Morning. Jean at the coconut creek WF location is a true gentleman and delivers excellent customer service. This rating is only for this location, however I was spoken to so rudely and was spoken down Upon that I did withdraw All Of my funds and canceled All accounts. Everyone deserves to be treated equally and Svenya does not display this characteristic. Because of her actions I cancelled my WF account of over 10+ years. Her position within the company needs serious consideration Going forward.

I went there to get change a mixture of bills, and also needed quarters which they refuse to give me. There was a sign on the window saying there was a shortage of change and only one roll per costumer, she didn't even give me that.... I got three bank accounts in there.. hmmmm .. glad I went to SunTrustwhere I also have accounts and they were glad to give me change

Every time I've gone they only have one teller while they will have 4 other employees just standing around. No matter how dead it is inside, be prepared to wait 20 min before being helped.
