Very poor service from Javier. I could tell he really just didn’t want to assist me with my issues and instead pushed it off on another store, where I was able to resolve the issue, with someone more capable, with the same tools provided. He couldn’t even call the neighboring store to ensure the said item was in stock and that they could hold. He didn’t portray the bigionaire feeling much at all.

I am a frequent shopper of Big Lots in Pal Beach County. Stopped at this Big Lots on way home from airport. Disappointed. Little variety of food items and NO sale signs, anywhere in the entire store. Web site says certain things were on sale, but you could not prove it by this store. Hmmm!

Javier is a ROCK STAR!! He patiently walked me through my online return resulting in a full refund back to original form of payment. As I was on hold with help for 45 min I was able to observe his interaction with customers,WOW, you just don’t find employees like Javier anymore. BIG LOTS…..He’s a keeper!!!

I go to Biglots often. However I am not thrilled with the lack of cat food offered. I know it isn't the stores fault but if someone says something maybe the powers that be will do something about the lack of stock. Also maybe have a look at the points system. Asuch as I shop there I am not getting the amount of coupons I should be. We are all in hard times with everything gold up in prices. So some help in anyway would not only be appreciated by me but also everyone else. And as much as I keep doing reviews I hope one of these days I will win!!

Nice, big Big Lots location. Fewer shelves dedicated to food than in the store closest to home, and presumably, more space for other items. I visited this location for two items not in stock locally. They were ready to pick up when I arrived and the personnel were friendly and helpful.

The staff are quite welcoming and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable. Delivery when promised! Staff members Carolyn and Javier treated me with respect, care and consideration. I will be returning often, for more bargains!

This is a very large Big Lots store. It is clean, organized and well stocked. The staff here are friendly, helpful and professional. There is a lot of merchandise in the store and they just put out their Halloween stock. There are discounts on summer stock, so stop by, take a look and you’re sure to find something you want. There is plenty of parking with easy access to the store.

I was in the market for a new mattress. Last minute I decided to stop into Big Lots just to see if they had anything. 20minutes later I left with a brand new King size mattress! This store has great employees. The gentleman that helped me with my mattress was incredibly helpful. He brought the mattress and box springs out to my car with twine to tie them down. Also the mattress was marked on special as a floor model sold as is. There is no damage or stains on the mattress and I saved about $1500 by getting my matress set here instead of at a standard matress store.
