I always have a good experience at Gunther Kia! But today especially because I went to another location for KIA and it’s wasn’t such a great experience. But I have to commend my service coordinator Kevin, when I called this morning from the other location Kevin told me that what they were trying to sell me was covered under my warranty and to come right on over and he would take care of everything. He was very informative, wasn’t trying to sell me anything which meant a lot to me being a female and not knowing much about cars which I really appreciated! He gave me an estimated time and stuck with that time! Ensured that I left knowledgeable and happy and overall kept a great attitude, was straight to the point and was very friendly.

I had an appointment with Sam. As soon as I got there, he took care of me! I was there from 10:30 am-12:20pm for an oil change. Reasonable price and they washed my car. A gentleman named Joel greeted me as soon as I got there. The only reason I gave 4 starts was because I thought 2 hours was slightly long but not bad considering the amount of people who were there. They also gave me a video of my car while it was being worked on which I thought was neat. Will be back again! :)

Every time I go here for service on my car I am pleasantly surprised by how nice the staff is. It’s the first time in my adult life that going to a car dealership is actually an enjoyable experience. Even when I leased my car here it was a fantastic experience. They were honest, upfront, and fast in getting the deal done. I truly could not have been happier! Marlene was amazing! I HIGHLY recommend Gunther Kia!

GREAT! The oil level was way too high from the top level marker after the mechanic changed it however the master mechanic had the excess removed within 10 minutes! He also explained that the excess would pass through the cylinders valves and eventually burn it out. Just to be on the safe side he removed the excess. Previously never had any issues when they service my Kia Rio. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😉

Brought my car here for service and everything was fine, was serviced super quickly apparently nothing was wrong, cool. Picked up my car and realized the steering wheel felt a bit rough I didn’t think anything of it until I kept driving and I decided to look and there was a decent size scratch that scraped my leather steering wheel. So I call, it was about 10 min to closing time so of course no one answered the phones. This was a Saturday, so I left a voicemail. Monday comes… no call back. I had to call 3 times before they would get someone on someone on the phone for me. That is when Anthony called me back, I told him what happened and expressed to him I was upset because I had just gotten the car TWO DAYS AGO!!!! I had the car for two days and something is already damaged. He asked me to email him a picture, no response. I followed up with him to see if he received it, no response. How do they think it’s okay to damage someone’s brand new vehicle and don’t even try to make it right or even respond back. Very upsetting. Guess I’ll have to take matters to social media since I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Most likely won’t be be bringing my car back here because obviously they don’t care or be careful with how they treat your vehicle.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Taking the car to Gunther Kia was one of the worst experiences at a car dealership I ever had in South Florida. They are slow and make you wait and waste time, and they charge a diagnostic fee because the technician has to look at the car and diagnose the problem. Aside from the diagnostic fee ($170 for someone to look at the car and say the car needs a new connective pipe – how long does that take? 5 minutes?) Mind you; I already knew what the problem was. I wasted half a day trying to get this issue fixed. The price of the service to replace said part was $2,000, and it would take 3-4 days. I also have an issue with them not telling me how much the diagnostic fee would be over the phone when I scheduled the appointment. I know dealerships are expensive, but $2,000 for a pipe and labor?? It makes no sense to me, given that the price of the car is under 20k. I never imagined they would charge $2,000 for a part and labor. Not for a pipe that connects to the muffler. They also said they could not fix it, that the amount needed to be replaced. After calling a few places, I was recommended another business in the area. I took the car waited for them to fix the issue, fixed it for $96.00, and was given a one-year warranty. When I was given the price to replace the part, I knew I couldn’t afford that and had to take the car elsewhere. I will never buy another Kia, let alone from Gunther Kia. The car is four years old, and I take good care of it. I only drive it twice a week or so. I know dealerships are not to be trusted, but if you don’t have a mechanic that you trust, what choices do you have when you need a repair for your car? It seems that $2,000k for that service is way above reasonable. I was also unhappy with the slow service and the lack of transparency from the moment I scheduled the appointment.

I walked in and was approached by the manager who introduced me to a sales associate, Jon. My lease was ending its term soon, so I just wanted to go in and see the cars they had. I had 0 intention of getting a car. Jon was very patient, informative and not pushy at all. I've been leasing cars for many years now and I've met many sales people. Pushy dealerships are aggravating and cause me to walk away. Gunther Kia was more relaxed and respectful. To top it off, they offered me a great deal I couldn't refuse. From start to finish, the process was painless. I highly recommend Gunther Kia to anyone!

Everything went smoothly, he accommodated me even though they couldn’t find my appointment on file, great communication and customer service. When you think of visiting a car dealership, you think pack a lunch bag, you’ll be there all day, prepare for some hardcore negotiating and put your game face on. This was NOT the experience we had at Gunther Kia last week. Christian, our sales rep. Started off sharing info even before we set foot thru the doors, he was very knowledgeable of the vehicles, pricing, availability, sent us videos etc. he rolled out the red carpet for us when truly he didn’t have too. With the supply and demand issues in the car industry right now, he didn’t need to be as kind, courteous and just awesome to deal with as he was!! Those cars are getting sold regardless!! But he was an absolute gentleman and got us the best deal possible, with our trade in & his no pressure approach. He went over everything we needed to know about the car and was very thorough with financing etc. and even helped us setting up the Kia access app. Congratulations Gunther Kia for such outstanding customer service!! Hats off to Christian!! He truly knows his business and we will definitely be a customer for life!! The other gentleman that helped us with the final paperwork was wonderful also (can’t remember his name) but was also a gentleman! Thank you Gunther for this awesome experience, one I wasn’t expecting was greatly appreciate!!

Came to Gunther Kia today after being VERY disappointed with the service I received from Rick Case Kia. I left with a BEAUTIFUL Kia Seltos and the service I received from Manny and the entire staff at Gunther was TOP NOTCH! Thank you everyone that was involved in making my purchase a true pleasure!
