I am beyond furious! I withdrawal from the ATM machine on 03/18/2022 before going a 10 day trip and no money was dispersed. A receipt came out reflecting that NO CASH was withdrawn and to call the 1-800 number. I then transferred money from my savings and went inside the branch to withdraw the cash. I still show a negative amount in my account and its 03/28/2022. I was told in 12 hours the funds would go back in my account. I have called more than 7 times 3 out of the seven I was told money will be in and nothing the other 4 they transfer me to an answering service that says we cannot help you right now call again. I keep speaking to people that cannot get a solid answer as if I am being brushed off. We are talking a large amount not 20 bucks here! If my receipt shows no cash was given and I came inside the branch why don't I have my money????????? Unacceptable !!!!!!! I'm literally pulling all my money and take it elsewhere!

Would give zero stars if I could. Zero customer service. They truly do not care to help their customers. I've been in there a total of 3 different times and waited 30+ mins just to be told they won't help me and that I need to make an appointment for basic services like a wire transfer. Another time I needed to open a business account and the bank was empty and I was still told I needed an appointment and nothing was available. On every occasion I went to the Miami Lakes branch and was immediately helped by nice and competent employees for the same services this branch wouldn't do for me. Don't waste your time coming here unless it's to use the atm outside.

This has to be the worst Chase Bank in Miami. You always have to wait 30+ minutes for a teller.

Worst bank ever. Bad customer service , no tellers, no representative available only 3 working and around 5 guests waiting they say the wait time is 30 min and 30 min pass by and you still there sitting down waiting. Horrible horrible horrible I do not recommend it at all. Bad service

Extremely slow, poor customer service. Left work thinking I would have been able to do a quick transaction, it took the longest I've ever been in a Chase Bank. This ridiculous!

Wanna wait in line and be stuck in traffic afterwards? Come to the worst Chase Branch in Dade county. You HAVE to speak Spanish or you're simply SOL. Make sure you have good shoes on because you're going to stand up and wait.

Workers are slow and nothing was done to stop the line from reaching the door. I didn’t have my license or debit and I had to deposit money. Worker tells me to download the chase pay app so I can deposit without the card. Too bad I need the card to sign up. Thanks for wasting an hour of my time for a simple deposit.

Not enough cashier, Very Slow service. Only 2 windows open during a busy hour. Most of the reviews are bad and looks like they dont care about the customer service. Not a chase standard.

Great until they removed the drive through teller and closed more then half of there inside tellers. Two huge ATM's now replace those workers. Its Friday and the line is out the door. Like many in line we plan on switching banks! Total craziness!!
