I brought my RECEIPT of the restaurant which had the price they were suppose to charge, while on my statement they overcharged, though they closed my case saying it was not sufficient evidence, i even ended up paying overdraft fees. I am beyond furious! I withdrawal from the ATM machine on 03/18/2022 before going a 10 day trip and no money was dispersed. A receipt came out reflecting that NO CASH was withdrawn and to call the 1-800 number. I then transferred money from my savings and went inside the branch to withdraw the cash. I still show a negative amount in my account and its 03/28/2022. I was told in 12 hours the funds would go back in my account. I have called more than 7 times 3 out of the seven I was told money will be in and nothing the other 4 they transfer me to an answering service that says we cannot help you right now call again. I keep speaking to people that cannot get a solid answer as if I am being brushed off. We are talking a large amount not 20 bucks here!
