I Went to the bank two times to open a checking account. Unfortunately the banker assigned to the appointment was Luis Vaca . This associate was very rude, disrespectful and did not show any customer service abilities to stay as a CHASE REPRESENTATIVE.

Attention for customers, I had bad experience yesterday, I needed to have a signed a paper for my Job notification, I needed in blue ink, and stamped also, I wanna know if the supervisor can address this issue, this person couldn't help me, with just sign and stamped, she didn't have blue ink and the worst I had waited almost like hour, my own bank cannt stamped or sign, someone has to address this, I had to leave, because is so ridiculous that 😢.

Bankers dont care about customers, they wanted me to schedule an appointment for a 5 minute transaction (signature warranty on a check). Bankers talk to you with attitude, if you dont like dealing with customers, find another job peopleeeeeee.........WORST CHASE IN TOWN!

The bank Itself is good plenty of ATM's and the tellers are helpful. The parking situation von the other hand is not the best. Multiple businesses on site so parking is a bit hectic most of the time.

Completely horrible customer service. Wasted an hour waiting and explaining that my PIN was not working while the teller was accepting personal calls. Then they could not help me and told me to wait another lane to speak to someone. Please retrain your employees;tellers and management. Went to Chase in Miami Springs, in less than 5 minutes they troubleshooter and fixed my problem. STAY AWAY FROM CHASE IN HIALEAH EAST 4 AVE!

If I could give -1 ☆ I definitely would show them what an awful place this is. After one hour and 36 minutes of waiting and with my name in the list, they came to ask what was the reason of my visit, only two employees attending while a lot of persons waiting and they took a long time and show no respect for the clients. Awful place and its sad because Chase its a great bank. Good old days used to have a Manager that walked to you in an extremely friendly way and if he noticed you were hurried or worried, you have instant attention and great customer service.

In several occasions I have had to walk out of this location while needing to solve account problems, today I have to solve a problem with my mother's account and I find 4 customers waiting and three employees one walked out and the other two are taking a d average of 25 mins. To handle cases, management needs to either hire more employees and or move customers service to another suitable location I rated 1 star just to be able to enter my comment. And I'm the president of the Medley Chamber of Commerce I was under the impression Chase was a very efficient BANK system but now I have change my mind completely.

Terrible service. For a business banking customer to come in it is very bad. They cater to small customers who are in no rush to finish their banking. 6 teller windows and only 1 working. 7 people waiting for bankers to take care of them. Do yourself a favor and go to another branch.
