Very expensive store with minimal staff. They're friendly but there's usually no one at the front counter and you have to wait for them. The fabric is much too expensive to buy here, so I'll only go if I need small items that I can't find elsewhere.

Despite the store being extra busy because of Black Friday, the service was quick and friendly, the store was tidy and easy to navigate. I had been having trouble finding flannel fabric that I liked for a quilt and I found everything I wanted here.

I needed a heavy duty mat for filming some items for work. I came to the conclusion of a quilt cutting mat. Flip it over, a perfect mat thats gray. I found exactly what i needed, and the employees were extremely helpful in finding what i needed. Even reminded me to go to the website and use a coupon! Saved me 10 bucks! Always go to joann website and check for a coupon before purchasing!

Went for black Friday and the place was nice and neat, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I accidentally knocked something down and an employee was right there to assist me in the pickup. I got exactly what I needed at a great price. 😊

Got exactly what we needed for my wedding dress. The satin was on sale ($4 p/y off!) And the lace was on clearance (50% off!). The employees are never very talkative, but at least this time they were polite. The store manager was the one cutting fabric.

I always love shopping at Joanns. They have a wide variety of everything you could possibly need and if you sign up for coupons then you will never pay full price. The people are always above and beyond helpful and knowledgeable about doing so many things.

Fantastic store and great customer service but I wish they had a larger yarn selection... Yes, they've added several more yarn lines specifically a the wicked cool cakes... But it's still not enough. 😂😭😂 There's never enough yarn!
