I pay for delivery fee monthly from any local Walmart. My recent delivery never arrived at my door. The app said it was delivered and showed it outside a white door. My door is far from white. When I called they said they were doing a refund. I needed the order and you’d think they’d redo and find out where Manuel actually left it. Nope refund was given and someone else enjoyed my order.

Unfortunately nothing has changed!! I'm disabled and always pull my wheelchair as close to the shelf's as possible. Today I was looking at the tea and on the other side of the isle was a Walmart ladder left out . Two employees doing customer shopping actually had the nerve to get impatient with me and one had the nerve to sarcastically say excuse me to me as he had to stop and actually do his job and move the ladder out of his way!! This is not the first time I've been treated badly by employees there. I've complained to management but it does no good 👎👎👎👎

I’m a truck driver for Walmart. And in this store the service is really bad they hear while your ringing the bell and don’t answer they just leave you there

It's sad Walmart biggest waste of near door parking not only handicap. Spots are filled but Access should not be farther for people that have trouble walking should be Allowed reasonable access to the front door In order to load their groceries the online orders parking spots should be moved farther away,
