Kevin quit on our job when we asked him to correct repeated errors in the subset ( we submitted 100 of Thousands of records to set up the proof and the template) of actual merge data and letter format. Then I googled Direct Mail services and found a great automated company for much less in Pasadena. Should I thank him for giving up a $10,000/mo Account? And saving us $400-$600/ month? You decide. But beware asking to get what you’re paying for. Whew. Kevin was very angry when I attempted to communicate how they garbled and resorted our data. My nice guy turned Doctor Jekyll on a dime. Regarding Kevin’s reply: That is a slanderous lie and is simply untrue. This is great example of what you’ll be dealing with. Gross incompetence, unprofessional behavior and villainous attacks on a customer who attempted to work to fix their error. And what does insecurity and inadequacy have to do with any of this? I think your witnessing Kevin’s projection of his own irresponsibility and inadequacies. Caveat emptor indeed!
