It's one thing trying to deal with a merchant you can't do what you would like. It's entirely different when you encounter Merchant who just doesn't want to do anything! All Verizon stores are not the same, some are really really good. This one, however, falls into the miserable category. Seems like the overly large guy at the front door just didn't want to mess around with changing a SIM card on an old telephone. He had every possible excuse in the book and some that I haven't even heard of! Needless to say, he threw us out of his store. Unfortunate but, we just went to a different Verizon store and met up with some pretty good people and they solved our problem. We'll write this one off of our list of places not to go again.

I’ve been a customer with Verizon for ten years. I recently started working for the state and am eligible for a 19 percent discount. It’s been a fight tooth and nail. The emails sent to my work email were invalid upon arrival every time. No biggie- I called customer service. Sat on hold for two hours to finally get that straightened out…. JUST KIDDING. It apparently takes two billing cycles. Called again to ask two months later why it won’t apply- Every agent sees it there. They’re “Working on resolving my issue/ they don’t understand why”…. Well that was two months ago again…. Called today it’s finally showing up and they don’t understand why it won’t apply. Sat on hold for another hour and a half so far and I’m still on hold. Just to be told by billing they cannot apply my discount. And when I ask to speak to the manager they apparently don’t have one. Which as a corporate company with thousands of employees doesn’t make any sense I guess I’m going to have to switch over to a new carrier AT&T works fine in my area thankfully…. Which is fine. The 5G in my area that’s supposed to be so fast is literally a DEAD zone. I can’t use my phones internet unless it’s LTE. It’s sad what’s become of what used to be the best phone carrier. It’s sad I’ve used them for everything…. My watch and phone and iPad as I NEED this for work. Don’t be taken advantage of by these big corporations. Do not feel loyalty. They will take advantage of you and your kindness.

I have been a loyal Verizon customer since moving to Florida 13 years ago. I had to add a line and upgrade my phone as it was time for my teen son to have a phone. Let me start by saying thaty experience was FLAWLESS due to the assistance I received from Andre at the Lady Lake, Fl location. He was patient, friendly, helpful and in no way pushy or brash. He and Morris (who is no longer at this location) are the only reps I want to deal with when I need assistance. That said, I am extremely dissatisfied with the fact that I never received a survey in my email to rate his, Andre's, performance! I was in the facility TWICE between April and May and was told that I would be sent a survey. It is July now and NOTHING! I receive TONS of emails from Verizon an almost daily basis and no survey. Andre deserves to be recognized for the job he does and the extra mile he walks for the customer!!! I do apologize for this late review as I had life bappen between April and now. But I wanted to make sure Andre is recognized for the awesome job he does! And oddly, I have no problem with this items he sold to me. All working as described thus far. Just very dissatisfied that I cannot make a phone call to correct such a simple issue. I live in Leesburg but happily drive to Lady Lakes location when I need human assistance

I made the mistake of signing up with No Service Verison. They have been down for two days now and do not know when they will be back up. Stoped by sales store to find out why and all they had to say was we will be back up when we're back up. Not even an apology or sorry for the inconvience.

My kids were in the area I told them to wait for me at the store I was told once they r tired the female greeter was rude, I got there about 20 mins after they checked in the wait time was 1-1/2 one lady walked in and was attended to immediately I asked one of the staff who’s next We were he said. They young man who attended me was nice however he didn’t specifically tell or offer me any plans of my choice I asked him once twice three times during our session what plan do I have unlimited what ?! Completed my purchase as a new customer to Verizon the greeter then rushed the staff member who was attending to me while our phones were still setting up. I left without having my service fully connected the greeter told me I had to call apple and gave me a list of numbers I had already been at the site for 3 hours and I wanted to get out due to health issues and had other important errands to complete. Today is day two with our new phones and we’re still setting up our service features. We can’t even call each other on audio or FaceTime our numbers don’t come out when calling others over our wifi. Only semi good service I get is in the middle of town where there is better reception other then that I’m paying est $180 a month for services and features we hardly can use.

Better store then most the people there are definitely busy but they try to get you situated as fast as they can. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended, I know I’m not going to another place for now.

This location is open and airy, very comfortable, and the staff were all very cool! Joshua helped me get all the details and set up as a new customer, and he and the manager were very personable and funny, making my 2 hour visit very well worth the wait! This location does get busy, but I didn't mind having to wait without setting an appointment

Very unhappy with the manager. We went disconnect lines, transfer a line. The manager gave me a phone number. He didn’t check us in. He made us do the work. When I asked about a new phone, he then checked us in. After waiting all this time I asked him if he could simply look it up, so we wouldn’t have to waste our time waiting if the upgrade wasn’t available. He said you will have to wait our representatives are busy. Mind you the representative was literally standing in front of me beside the manager with no customer. It would have taken two minutes at most to look this information up. We explained we tried looking on our phone and his computer, but no luck. We definitely wouldn’t have mind waiting if we had a simple yes you can. He didn’t seem to have any interest in giving customer service.
