Place is trash. They will mess up your car and then hang up on you when you tell them. Customer service is worse then McDonald’s, and the manager “Belo” Is a complete joke. Save your money and go anywhere else.

I had the pleasure of being served by, I believe his name was Kerry or something. He maybe the best tire guy in the business but he has NO business working with customers. Rude and standoffish. They had the tire I needed in stock and it was done in a timely manner. I had other work that needed to be done but ill go somewhere where I'll at least get a little respect.

Went for the LR tire repair. Nail mid tread for patching. Called me 2hrs later said they couldnt fix it cause it it was near side wall. Showed up and walked through. Wrong wheel. No leak. The service desk fellow got caught. No apology.

I went in for a tire patch the service was fine. I realized the following day the tire was still leaking, I went back to get it repaired again. Both gentleman at the front counter were very rude and argued with me about a refund when they said the leak couldn’t be repaired. They said they would only refund the patch if I bought a tire with them. After a pointless argument they did end up refunding my money but I will never do business with them or any Goodyear again.

I'm always getting nails and screws in my tires, and the other tire shops always tell me that they can't be fixed. This shop always gets them repaired for me - every time. They've saved me thousands over the last few years!

I have only been in here twice...once I had a nail in my tyre and today I needed air because lights had come on.I am sure they were busy but were so nice I think this will be a good place to start going to!

Came in with a hissing flat after a day on the highway right before they closed. Ken assured us with his knowledge and professional demeanor. The hole was way too big to patch and instead of being stranded in a strange town without a hope Ken quickly found the right tire and got us back on the road. Many thanks to the whole team at Goodyear!
