What is going on with the cappuccino machine? Broke last week and the french vanilla is flat this week. No reason this shouldn't be fix and ready for the morning rush.

We have Wawa just down the street from home, so very convenient. Most trips are gasoline-only for car. But I do go inside occasionally. They have shopping choices everywhere I look around the store. Deli/Sandwich counter is usually is busy. But I can go in & pick up a drink, snack etc, checkout at counter, and back to the car usually in just a few minutes. I would recommend this location and will visit again.

I used to love Wawa's. They took away the vegetarian options at lunch and then added veggie meat with eggs?! They are constantly short stuff and no matter what time of day you come there's never anyone competent making the drinks. I can't remember the last time I got a good frozen coffee or milkshake. I keep trying, keep hoping but only get disappointment everytime.

Came to pick up a doordash order, the order was not on the shelf so I stood there and waited patiently for close to 10 minutes. The employees were standing there talking to eachother so I finally asked if they were almost done with the order only to find out that they had it the whole time hidden on a shelf behind the counter. I told him I had been standing there waiting with my door dash bag for 10 minutes, he then rudely said that I was supposed to say something to him when I arrived and that if I don't say something how should he know, as if he couldnt see menthere waiting the whole time. That has never been the case it any Wawa I've picked up from and if you're not going to use the huge shelf at the front of the store that says "delivery pick up here" then you should perhaps repurpose that shelf so people that are trying to deliver your food don't end up wasting their time. I was a pretty regular customer at this location as well, but after today I will be going elsewhere.

Too frequently the self device (2) aren’t available. Twice I mentioned it to those operating the cash registers and both times they ignored me. Overall the food is good.

I never ever complain about this store they always are on point but lately the past month or so it's going down alot of new workers tonight I ordered food through the app spoke to driver he was waiting for the order called the store they said they were sorry they would expedite the order mind u called at 10.38 order came after 12.00 called store they said not there problem wow ure not gonna get the driver in trouble it's ure fault

Coffee is usually hot and fresh. Last few times I've been here, the wait for a cold sandwich was awful. I waited 10 minutes for them to remake a messed up order just to receive something even worse.

The staff are always nice and polite people.. HOWEVER.. I stopped going due to the fact that EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there the homeless people want this..want that..want this..want that.. I am so over them begging person after person (they even asked my 12 y/o daughter if she had any spare change, scared the hell out of her).. I've seen the homeless fighting each other..yelling at customers..and hang around all day and night.. again I've had enough always being asked for something.. I work 80+ hours a week to afford what I can.. and they should to.. and it seems like nothing is ever being done by staff or management..

The 2nd shift manager there is very rude! She is very disrespectful to the customers! I will never go to that store again! Its disgusting how she talks to people! She should be kept in the Back office until she learns how to speak to people with out insulting them by her demeanor and tone! Wawa used to be a nice place but I guess those days are gone!

I do not usually come to this Wawa often as it is not on my typical paths. When I do come here, I quickly notice the customer base is not always as classy as other Wawa's. They only had one cash register open with a line almost as far back as the beer cooler. Another line was opened eventually but none of the customers before is knew how to transition from one lane to two until the second cash register girl had to explain it.
