Ordered and then sat in the designated parking spot for my order. Say for 28-30 minutes and had to leave to go back to work. Never got my order. Called and they wouldn’t give me a refund unless I came in the store. I work multiple jobs and do not have time for that. Shouldn’t take 35+ minutes and a trip into the store to get my order i placed in a drive through

I took my wife here on our 40th wedding anniversary, we couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was professional and attentive, the food was clearly purchased from a high quality vendor, and the chef was highly skilled. This is the type of service I expect when I'm spending 15 dollars.

CLOSES 15 MINUTES EARLY. Employees act like it's totally normal to lock up and put orange cones in the drive-thru before closing time. Saturday night @ 10:45 - CLOSED. Used to be 24hrs - Now closes at 11 (or before - who knows?) ON WEEKENDS??? JUST CLOSE THIS LOCATION WENDY'S is open until 1am and seems to be able to pay their employees, but not McDonald's? Employees here *always* seem annoyed that people exist and would like food. Will 100% not be staying open one minute past closing time for "customers"

I ordered 3 McDoubles and 2 sm fried. The burgers were burnt and I wasn't even sure they were there between the buns they have become soooo small. There was only one pickle on each sandwich and I'm certain it was 2 or 3 before. The fries were rubbery and soggy.

We go to Mcdonald's all the time. Super convenient when we are out and about most of our days. When the Lecanto Mcdonald's opened up in Lecanto Florida, it was super popular. Good fresh food, and good customer service. Oh boy has it gone downhill fast. Let's start with not one issue. but multiple after many visits. Firstly, the line at night takes 30 minutes to get an ice cream sundae and when you get it, it is melted and when asked if they can redo it, they roll their eyes, and send you on your way. For a family outing we went and got 50 dollars' worth of food one night. Upon receiving it, the food was cold, red blood ran from not one, but three big macs, and the filet fish sandwiches were hard as rock. We thought this was just a bad night, and gave it more and more chances, only to be given the same experience. We found plastic in our sundaes like the kind from plastic spoon wrappings. We have complained as well as so many others about this business, and management doesn't seem to care about this location. The only recommendations we have gotten were to go to another location in Crystal River, or Inverness. This location will never get fixed and needs to be shut down immediately due to health concerns and the lack of care by the employees. My mother-in-law got severely sick with the meat she consumed, and we aren't going after Mcdonald's and seeking money or anything because we don't believe in that. We just want to see this location shut down its doors because the number of complaints that run through that door, they do nothing to fix the issues. We still receive cold meals and nasty customer service mainly at night. Have noticed it in the day as well.

Don't go there. We got blocked going into drive thru. Where blocked in almost 10 minutes before able to move. When I told manager was told to deal with it. Their horid customer service not worth it go next door to wawa at least you won't be trapped and treated like a dirty diaper.

I went through drive thru ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, got home, took two bites and almost broke a tooth! I’m not sure how this got through or if there’s a way to even check but thank God my son didn’t eat it.

I came near closing but with plenty of time to spare. The car next to me took a little bit to order so I waited. By the time they finished with him the girl called over to our line that they were sorry but they were closed. I had heard her take the gentleman order who pulled up at the same exact time as me. This was unprofessional even for a McDonald's.

I went through drive thru ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, got home, took two bites and almost broke a tooth! I’m not sure how this got through or if there’s a way to even check but thank God my son didn’t eat it.

Honestly hate to do em like this but I live close by and this mc Donald's is by far the worst one I've had in years. Orders are never right. Food is never hot and fresh. Staff is all younger kids that could care less if your experience is good or not. I'm a pretty lenient and understanding dude, but this particular location should be avoided at all costs.

I ordered a Quarter pounder Deluxe meal and was instead served a raw hamburger with one pickle a couple of onions. Now feeling really sick. I called their number and can't get ahold of a manager. Horrible service & do diligence at this locations.
