Why isn't zero stars an option? Post office will not deliver to my property because it does not have a house on it. Isn't the post office supposed to deliver to a mail box and not discriminate? The next time I go to pickup a package they tell me it was delivered to the front door. It's no where to be found. When the counter keeper asked the carrier, she said she remembered delivering it. I thought you didn't deliver to my address??!!

The post office didn’t deliver a package my customer ordered. We rescheduled a delivery. It didn’t happen. I called the automated customer service which was a disaster. Three times... disaster. I finally found the local PO phone number and was told they couldn’t deliver the package and the customer would have to go to the PO and pick it up. This was never specified until I was actually able to speak with the postal worker.

Best USPS experience I've ever had! Went to the PSJ PO and was greeted by Rose. I explained that I was expecting a shipment of prescription medicine at our vacation rental home. She assured me that I would receive the package as addressed as the owners do have have a mail box. She took my cell phone number and called to let me know the package was going to be delivered a day early and to expect it. Rose went above and beyond the call of duty to set aside any concern of mine about the needed delivery. THANKS ROSE!!

This is the most aggravating Post Office on the planet. They can't deliver my mail to my address without problems. They are so lazy that instead of delivering my mail, they just return it to the sender. I keep getting calls from the venders saying that my mail has been returned and i need to contact the Post Office. After several trips to the post office i keep getting the same answer, which is, we'll look into it. Unbelievable!!!!!

This post office is the definition of USPS. The supervisors are awesome. Along with everyone else who works here They do everything they can to help. I couldn’t make a single complaint. This location is probably top 10 out of all the locations. Thank you for your services

Slowest service. I was expecting a package before Easter, as I am deployed. Care package from home, not here yet! Food inside too. It's been a week it was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. Same with cards. First class mail, postmarked a week ago. Late again. Not weather related issues involved. Others have complained too. Very disappointed.
