This place has the worst customer service ever. There’s is a women in particular who’s name is Geo she moved as slow as she possibly could. To top it off when I tell her if she can move faster because I have three kids in the car she tells me that’s not my problem I’m doing my job and then called me frustrated in Spanish. I ended up getting so frustrated that I had to ask for another associate to finish my transaction because she gave me attitude the entire time. She is short heavy set older with blonde hair and spanish I’m sure I’m not the only person she has been rude to. So please post your reviews because it’s never acceptable for a customer service rep to yell at a client. If she had better attitude I probably would not have ended up so frustrated. Mind you I purchased cigarettes because someone else was paying my gas and they asked I purchase cigarettes for them from their money in exchange for a full tank. And she says loudly she’s in a rush but buys cigarettes. I don’t even smoke.

One of the worst gas station I have ever gone to. I walk into the store and there are two lines. one line with about 5 people in it and another line with 2 people in it. I joined the line with two people in it and a black women got behind me.After serving the first gentleman in our line she starts with the second gentleman. All of the sudden the cashier announces there is only one line. So the woman behind me joined me in the longer line.We get up to the window to purchase our lotto and two Hispanic males come in and go to the second window and do their transaction. Mind you she announced that their is only one line but she served them but not us. If that Shell station has a problem serving blacks just be clear about it and I will post a sign don't like black people on the sidewalk in front of the store.She could serve the Hispanic people but when it came to the blacks go to the longer line and wait.

Didn't hate the gas station, but they have the worst car wash ever; paid for the allegedly best one and it left a film on my vehicle (which is brand new), that didn't come off until I had the car washed again. Do not get your car washed here!
