She is knowledgeable and really ensures that her customers are taken great care of. I will only come to this store and deal with her. Thank you for having really knowledgeable helpful sale reps.

I went to this store because my LG was messing up. Sima was so helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me get the best deal for my new phone. She also helped me sign up for the government program and made sure that it was applied to my account. This is the store to come to if you want to be helped and leave confidently with a brand new phone. Ask for Sima. She is awesome at what she does! Amazing

Horrible service, charge extra hidden fees, don't give you any good phone options, seller barely speaks English. Save yourself money time and trouble, go to corporate store by the Edison Mall so you don't get scammed.

The lady that's in there that made my grandma make an entire new email to activate her phone so she could get a sale then a month-and-a-half later told my mom that she couldn't have her phone for going over 30 days without activating it where if she would have just called the main support they could have done that I did everything over the phone because of her I called another company bought another phone and a service plan when I found out my mom's phone number that she had for 18 years could have been hers through Metro again but the lady didn't want to even call this main support to double-check I went all around paid over $200 to try to get my mom's phone turned back on so she can have the same number when all she had to do was tell me yes let me call customer service pay $30 to get it reactivated and you have your phone again and we were going to buy a new phone with them don't go here find another Metro store because the lady that's there will haggle you and trick you into getting some of the worst deals possible

Had Boost Mobile, for three months. Phone got destroyed. They no longer had my Samsung a10e in stock. Wanted $250 to get a phone that would work with my plan. Then they were incapable of making the switch. I shopped around a little. Verizon was too expensive, and offered me nothing to switch. Came here, got a $50 unlimited plan. Free LG6 Stylo. (Very nice phone!) Was out the door with a phone, case, screen protector, activation fee, and first month of service for $140.68! Very competent young ladies, running the show here!

Great store with great customer service! Went in to get a new phone and was treated nicely by the staff and They've answered all my questions. A couple weeks later my new phone had an issue with the sims card. They've fixed my issue right away! Whatever issue you have, these guys will take care of you.

Went in on 10-2-19, had a total of 4 phones to activate and transfer files from. Lorena and Victoria were superb! They had us out if there in a quarter of the time it would take me alone at best buy or any other place I've Ever been for a single account!! Fast, friendly, smiling, thourough, accommodating, patient, appropriately dressed, gave personal recommendations and asked for a review;) which is how a business should be ran! I have owned and ran a restaurant and recognize Good management and workers and this place and employees are the Bomb! I am loving my new phone:)) Tammie Schafer
