I've been with Verizon for about 20 years. Even though they are by far the most expensive cell phone service available. I think they're the most reliable since I never have dropped calls or "No service." However their corporate stores leave a lot to be desired. My phone has been paid for and my contract up for about 2 years so Verizon has been hounding me to update my phone for quite sometime. I contacted them over the website using chat. It went very smoothly. I purchased two phones. They were the latest and greatest Motorola versions. All I had to do was pick them up after work at the local corporate store. The store wasn't busy at all so I was waited on immediately. However, it was obvious they wanted to get you out the door asap. They would not activate the phones while I was there. When I asked them firmly they said no and I would need to make an appointment for the next day. I told them I've had trouble in the past with activation. I was told the phone would automatically activate as soon as it was powered on. Of course when i got home neither phone would activate. I had to get on with Verizon customer service to get them to work and it wasn't easy. Service rep tried to get me to pull the little card out of the phone. I couldn't even get the little door open. When I refused to take it out as it was a brand new phone, she decided to try something else which fortunately worked. I returned to the store the next day to get a cover. The same guy who refused to help me activate the phone sold me a new cover. He then told me that activation is "supposed" to be easy and trouble free but it rarely was. Unless you like trouble, I wouldn't leave the store without an activated phone. Another note is even though I purchased Motorola's top of the line phone the corporate store had a total of "2" cases to choose from. What's up with that? Great cell phone service. Love Motorola phones. I've used them since my first fat flip phone in the 90s. Highly questionable in store customer service.

I went there looking for new phone and switching from ATT to Verizon potentially. Store was empty and two of the employees had a realty load conversation with two people that did not seem to be there for work. It was hard to hear the associate I was dealing with. Not sure what happened with customer service, but this is not the way to attract new customers.

Just wanted a charger had to wait until 5 people did upgrades and got new lines. I heard someone say they had been there or an hour or more. I left.

Constance went up and above to help me with my phone issues. She was very patient and made sure all my issues were resolved before leaving. She is asset to the company.

Staff was very helpful in resolving my billing, my technical and my equipment issues/problems. They spent as much time as needed with each customer to answer / demonstrate proper usage. The wait is well worth it as they handle your concerns/ problems with assistance and respect.

I had an issue with my account but also was wanting to buy a new phone. The lady on phone support mentioned going in store to accommodate both issues together. Staff was very rude. Unwilling to let me speak without interrupting. Instead of helping me, I felt as if blame was immediately placed on my supposed negligence rather than assisting with the actual problem at hand. I left after realizing my phone issue would not be taken care of at this location.

I purchased a new iPhone 13 from Jose while on vacation in Florida. From the moment you walked into this location, the customer service was extremely efficient, professional and friendly. Jose went above and beyond my expectations is showing me how to convert data from my old phone to my new phone. He put a new screen protector on my phone and helped me pick out accessories that made sense for me. Wow! Fantastic service Jose! Thank you so much!

Staff is usually pretty nice and knowledgeable every time I go in, but in the amount of time I've been with Verizon - over 10 years - I've never ONCE been able to get a hold of someone on the phone at this location. How convenient that every time I need a quick question to be answered, I get put on for so long that their hold line cuts the call due to "technical difficulties". All I needed was an answer to a yes or no problem.
