Very disappointed with cricket, customer service Ada. Very rude. I boughta phone not a month old yet, my charger station was damaged not by me, Ada says to me it was myfault, now would I break my phone that is not even 1 month old??? had to pay someone else $35.to have it fixed. The store is on pine island road in. Ft. Myers. Will be switching carrier. called the main office and made a complaint for the store. David was super helpful to us today. He answered any questions we had and provided wonderful customer service. We walked away feeling confident we had the best value we could get. He is knowledgeable about the product he sells and the best route for your financial situation. Only reason I give 4 out of 5 is because the air conditioning was broken this time and every time we have stopped in before to browse and it made the whole experience so uncomfortable, having to wear a mask and sweating under it and my entire body sweating and the humidity in the store. I recommend waiting until they fix their air to go in person. I don’t usually complain but in Florida you should ALWAYS have A/C in store. It’s so off putting.

The 1 star reviews are fake. I have had cricket for years and never had any problems and have traveled all over Florida and had signal even when noone else with me did. I took a trip to Missouri and never lost data or phone signal all the way there and back to south Florida. Metro is a joke and Verizon has no signals inland.

We just started to use them as of July 3/2018, so don't know yet how we'll like them so far phones, and service is great, just don't answer their business phones call all day long no answer, MPCS we left had them since1998, their services got really bad, drop calls constantly, static, won't work half the time, got tired of Metro.

Hello. I sent my father there to get a phone...76 years old....they toke his 110.00...he went home tried to use the phone. No service....I called him over and over for 5 days. Phone did not work.....called cricket customer support they tried over and over at least 6 times could not get it to work...so then they looked at the towers in north fort myers ...there isn't any. ..so his phone would never work. .so they said that there was a 7 day money back gurantee...total lie....once that money hits there hands you don't see a dime....it pisses me off when they rip off seniors. Oh and espically my father....every time you turn around people are getting ripped off by the business...stay away from Sprint. ..boost mobile. And espically. CRICKET....THEY WILL JUST HOP AWAY WITH YOUR CASH.....

My wife and i port in from Metro PCS. We have worked for Metro and have had their service for years. Now i dont know why we left to try Cricket because we have had nothing but problems with Cricket service. Brand new phones yet the service goes out on calls and the data is very slow compared to Metro. We will be leaving as customers with Cricket.
