Horrible service. Pedicure $30.00 and they just soak your feet in water and polish your nails. I feel ripped off . Never again

Anna is a LIAR and so are her workers. I made an appointment earlier in the day with Anna to get a brow tint at 6:00 and they lied and and said Anna would be there and my appointment was at 6. I arrived at 5:20 to do a polish until my appointment to find Anna was not there and her mother (who does HORRIBLE tinting would do it. They called Anna and I explained my situation very polite because I didn't want to have the same experience. Anna advised her mother would do it right, then when it was time for her mother to do ithe service they said herother could not do it. Once again she lied. When they called Anna back of course she would not answer her phone. These people are a bunch of fraud s especially Anna and has medicore skills at best. My patientence have run out with these people do yourself a favor and do not visit this location

I’ve been going to Lenas for a couple of months now and honestly I have nothing but positive things to say. They make the time to always see me, and even have stayed past closing time to do my nails. Also service is great and I’m always happy with how my nails look after she is done with me. Super recommend them!

The worst service I ever had I had a coupn they didn't horror it they over charge the lady complained about the extra skin on my foot I didn't leave a tip because she made me feel bad plus the color was off and I was not happy at all I will not return ever again the worst nail shop ever they are nice but just want money with out caring about the job I'm sorry but this shop gets a thumbs down for customer serive Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Do not go! Horrible service! They act as if they use brand new tools from a new package but it's a lie. I literally watched her rewashed the tools and put them back in the package and back on the shelf. Terrible foot massage she acted as if she hated where she worked. Zero Stars will not go there again.

Not very pleasant service. My sister and I visited and our nails were rushed. They skip over some steps when applying acrylic that I've never experienced other salons skip. When you suggest how you'd like your nails when their working they become agitated. Had on Google translate while they worked and realized they were very cruel to many of the customers that came in. Never saw a business where people where upset to get service. Please just avoid this place. There are too many salons to choose from that will happily service the people of the community. Went to Lenas nails for tithe first time was pleasantly surprised. Best pedicure every. Anna was very good. Very pleasant relaxing experience will be going back again. I went with a friend who also feels she got the best pedicure ever. Would definitely recommend to anyone . Service: Pedicure

My first time here this evening. Took my 2 daughters and everyone’s nails were beautiful. They took their time and it showed! Any way my girl and she was super sweet. Lena did my daughters and she loves them. I didn’t get the other girls name who did my second daughter but everything was great! We will definitely be back! Merry Christmas to all! Service: Manicure
