I love Victoria Secret as a brand. The physical store… not so much. Other than being asked if I needed a bag to hold my things while I shopped I was left alone. The panty drawer I needed was a disaster. I was looking for all cotton v-string size large. What I got was drawers of every type and size of panty. I found a tack in one of the drawers. I let the lady who checked me out know. Her reasoning was new employees and other customers. She apologized about the tack. As I was leaving I noticed someone stocking the panty area I was just in. I got her attention to let her know if the drawer issue. Her response was, “not my job, but I’ll get a manager”. My other half was with me so we laughed through it. Other wise I would of left angry. I think I’ll stick to shopping online. I like human interaction but not at the cost of disaster.

Inviting and friendly. When I was in line waiting to pay, another customer came in at front of line off to side and asked the one cashier working and assigning on customers in line could she exchange a shirt she previously purchased, instead of the cashier asking her to get in line and wait her turn, she waited on her then causing me to have to wait in line longer.

Customer service is terrible. Walked into the store didn’t get asked for help or anything just got stared at the whole time I’m sure they thought I was gonna steal because they literally wouldn’t stop looking at me. as the season is here for people who do that. But I got what I was looking for , I just wish my experience was better in there. I felt very uncomfortable shopping.

Maybe SHOP ONLINE INSTEAD. Everyone was nice, but you start to feel hurry up and buy. Both times I visited TownCenter (Pink and Victoria). Sales women came off a lilttle pushy. I bought what I wanted, but shopping in the store (it makes you don't want to return). When shopping I like to take my time and look. Both times I visited it was special moments. Niece birthday and celebrating a milestone. So when shopping it is about the experience not feel (Hurry and buy). I was told at least 6 times "You should get it". Although I purchased it. Both times I end saying I'm going to take it back. Cute items but didn't like the experience.

I would give them a five star rating but a sales associate that couldn't even point me in the direction of the bathing suits cost them a star. Customer Service should come before you continue to look busy straightening panties...just saying...your only as strong as your weakest link! I decided on perfume!! My cashier was awesome!

Went in for the hell of it, found some decent fragrances. If it wasn't for the expensive prices it would have been an easy sale. Just wish things were slightly cheaper, since they all smell amazing.
