There is no delivery at all of anything in Venezuela while other companies are delivering, Goin Postal keep explaining that is the Venezuelan government fault but other companies are delivering the goods in Venezuela. I wonder if the want to receive the goods for them to keep them!!

Very disappointed with the service provide by GOIN POSTAL OLD WINTER GARDEN, ORLANDO FLORIDA BRANCH. They are Overpricing all services, they have unexplained Delays in deliveries, and when you ask for information they are no clear at all. For example, for shipping by air to Venezuela, they were charging $75, when we ask about how they are calculating price, the manager "Alberto" , did not want to answer. I took my box to Excel Express Cargo at John Young, and the service was outstanding and I pay for shipping the same box only $30. Dont lose your money and time, they are many other providers that do things the right way. Sad that a big franchise sacrifies reputation with this kind of management. Updated: yes, my family and the Venezuelan groups that I am part of, really appreciate your feedback which speaks by itself. Lack of corporate etiquette. Now, we understand why your instagram accounts comments are disabled.

The experience with this store is very disappointing, the owner is a very rude and not very responsible man, the load does not arrive on time and when one writes to request information he blocks it from whatsapp, it was a traumatic eco-experience with them

Great service. We rented a mailbox, and we were completely satisfied with the service. Also used them to send some packets. Only small inconvenient was that they one day closed earlier than expected. Returned in 2017 and service was again exceptional.
