I go here because I live so close but I will no longer be a customer in this location. I had a notary appointment at 1 pm. A clerk (Asian man with glasses) asked me what are you waiting for. This was 10 minutes after I’ve waited. I said I have an appointment at 1 and he said we’ll I’m the notary and I have lunch at one and he complained why I should not have been allowed to schedule it at that time. I said well the website prompted this time and had 12-1 blocked out maybe they assumed his lunch was then. Either way he said I’d have to wait. Another worker approached him and he then said fine let’s make this quick. He was rude the whole time, losing my id, then throwing it at me when I asked him to find it. He didn’t hand me my receipt, didn’t say thank you and just left. It was a terrible experience. I had him before and he’s rude to everyone so I didn’t take it personal but throwing items at customers and not handing receipts or being a decent human being isn’t acceptable . I’ll be making the drive to take my business elsewhere.

I gave them my Amazon return almost a month ago and it appears the guy at the counter kept it for himself and it was never properly returned. Thanks for costing me over $40, you thief! Don't take your Amazon returns here!!!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would! Went to this UPS location to send a package to Mexico and paid a little bit over $100 for a small box. It was supposed to arrive within a couple of days max a week. It did not only NOT arrive but there was no tracking number that existed! Tried getting help to at least get the package back since I wasn’t able to get the refund but they abandoned the package who knows where! WORST SERVICE EVER!

Girl at the front desk, about 30 minutes before closing on this past Sunday. Looks like she's 14... dark hair, short in stature. Condescending. I was just trying to pick up a package. Word to the wise, "Mm-hmm, well like I said" is a big no-no in customer service skills. Edit: The location was correct. The gal just looked young. 20-somethings always look younger than they are. Not the point. Her attitude was poor, and her comments were rude. I have to go here this evening, and I'm hoping the results are better.

I had an email that shows the ups return code just in case you don’t have a printer. Clerk didn’t want to read the email said she can’t do it. Tried to charge me $3 bucks for an email and 30 cents for a print out. Went to the other ups store cause of the attitude and they didn’t charge me a dime. The clerk read it and actually did his job with no attitude.

The only bad UPS store I’ve ever been in. The customer service rep (with a large red/black tattoo on the inside her right forearm) was playing on her phone when I walked in. Her eyes stayed glued for about 8 seconds on her phone while I waited at the counter. This store also charges $2 for sealing a package drop off, something that I never encountered at any other UPS. That’s $2 for three pieces of tape. When I inquired about the charge, she shot back, saying “we don’t own the other stores”.

There is something a little off about this place. Yesterday I was almost charged $20 for shipping a package not even half a pound to WA. It didn’t sound right so I went to the location on Fair Oaks and was able to ship for $11. I questioned the cost and was told it is based on weight and location. Not sure if their scale is off or what was going on but the attempt to make it right and customer service was lacking. Very rushed at 5 pm and not polite. Updated Response: I was served by a younger female at the further back desk on the mentioned night. When I questioned the cost I was told it would have been $30 for USPS service. I never asked for US mail service at all, the $20 price quoted was UPS. Based on the owners response I do not feel this business operates with full transparency. I will use another location in the future.

Jessica! I don't know how you do it. You have a line almost to the door. Your helping 3-4 people at a time. You knocked out the line before my fax confirmation went through! Your Amazing! When my business is up and running I may come steal you from The UPS Store. 🙂

Really bad experience shipping through this store. In short my $1000 amplifier was damaged during shipment and they denied my damage claim even though I paid for insurance and had them package it. Against my better judgement I had this UPS store pack and ship my item even though when I asked how they planned to pack it they said, “We basically just bubble wrap it”. Having shipped many electronics before I was skeptical but I trusted them and figured since I had insurance, everything should be fine. Of course upon arriving there was a large dent in the top and a power issue. Pictures were taken and then sent to UPS. That’s when the games began and no matter who I called they have tried to deny responsibility. Apparently UPS Stores are separate franchises and therefore UPS does not need to accept responsibility for a careless packing job. This ordeal has been a huge waste of my time and money. You will be better off going somewhere else. Hopefully you learn from my mistake.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the UPS Store 3609 Bradshaw Rd Ste H, Sacramento, CA 95827. I went in with my wife during our work lunch hour to notarize important financial documents and fax them by a 4PM eastern deadline. After we notarized our document, we gathered our papers to be faxed and noticed we needed to print and fax additional attachments. We asked how to rent the available computer and the clerk responded that she would ring us up after we finished. I went to log into my Google email and completed a typical two-step authentication where Google sends a text to my phone and I confirm that it is myself logging into an unknown computer. I tried completing the authentication several different ways several times and my Google email still gave me an error. My wife tried her Google email and got the same errors. We concluded that we would have to run home, print, and come back to fax. As I was paying for the notary fee I explained what happen and the clerk insisted that I be charged the computer rental fee essentially because it was “my security issue” and “everyone else was able to login”. Several things frustrated me with this insistency on charging me for this. I demonstrated the issue to the clerk but she clearly had already seen it because she just waited for the error message to come up to prove that it was “my issue”. Bradshaw UPS knew about the “security issue” and still wanted to charge me for something they knew I did not get any value from. I was already inconvenienced and could not complete my business tasks and ended up not meeting the deadline. Later, Google sent me an email explaining that they had blocked suspicious activity. It showed that a computer in Dunnigan, CA had tried to log into my account with my password. I suspect that although I was able to complete the two step authentication that since the Bradshaw UPS’s computer routes through an IP in Dunnigan, CA that it was too suspicious for Google to allow access. I explained to the clerk that I use my Google account all the time at many different places and that I have never had a login issue like this before. She did not care and nor did the manager who rung me up. I won’t be going back to this UPS store and I am only writing because I feel sorry for the people in the community that may need to use the services here and whose three dollars cost more for them than it does me. I also do not think this gotcha service would ever happen or been allowed in more affluent neighborhoods where customer satisfaction is paramount. Shame on you. Response to your response: 1. Your computer routes to an IP in Dunnigan, CA which wasn’t disclosed prior and caused the security login problems which you were aware of. 2. I am disputing the three dollar charge to my credit card. 3. I now get my services at the UPS store on 5716 Folsom Blvd, Sacramento, CA and the notary I received there was cheaper, the facility was cleaner, and the people are friendlier. The notary also filled out the proper California forms, which your notary did not. 4. You won’t be getting my business again. 5. Thank you for the response.
